Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly inspections of interior and exterior property areas and document findings via company software (photos required).
  • Self-perform general maintenance:
  • Light bulb/ballast replacement
  • Grounds and exterior cleaning
  • Sheetrock repair, tape, float & texture
  • Ceiling tile replacement
  • Pressure washing

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE HVAC/ Refrigeration Mobile Specialist, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems at multiple locations, and various building types.

**Job Title: Lead Building Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of 10 residential living facilities that support children and adults with disabilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment and takes pride in resolving maintenance issues efficiently and respectfully within a care-focused setting. The position is based in the Fargo-Moorhead Area and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to approved work orders submitted by tenants through a centralized system.
+ Perform appliance installation, plumbing repairs, cabinet and carpentry fixes, painting and drywall touch-ups, lighting and electrical troubleshooting, HVAC maintenance, and general building upkeep.
+ Operate out of a company-provided truck with all necessary tools supplied.
+ Maintain clear documentation of completed work and communicate effectively with operations.
+ Ensure all work is completed with sensitivity to the needs of residents in assisted living environments.
+ Serve as the sole technician initially, with the opportunity to lead and mentor a second technician as the department expands.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a related field.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

+ Experience in facility and building maintenance.
