- Develop and manage project budgets for specific conservation initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Art Conservation from a recognized program, with a specialization in paintings or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate professional experience in art conservation, with a strong focus on fine art.
- Demonstrated expertise in the treatment of various media, including oil on canvas, acrylics, mixed media, sculpture, and works on paper.
- Proficiency in a range of conservation techniques and materials, including stabilization, retouching, and surface cleaning.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation such as XRF, FTIR, UV-Vis, and microscopy.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of museum collections management principles and ethical guidelines.
- Familiarity with digital asset management and conservation databases.
