The Sr. Specialist, Art Direction supports concept development and the execution of creative deliverables across all channels. These responsibilities include creating and communicating concepts, implementing promotional/marketing strategies and developing creative solutions. The Sr. Specialist, Art Direction will work with and provide guidance to designers, copywriters and other production specialists. **Overview:**
The Associate Creative Director (Design & Art Direction) Campaigns will support the Walmart Creative Studio in concept through execution for marketing/brand/seasonal campaigns that translate across multiple channels including 360 full funnel paid, social, digital, email, site, print and in-store. Our ideal candidate must be a strategically minded problem solver, conceptual thinker and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented and exhibit outstanding creative judgement while dreaming big and pushing boundaries.
In this role, the ACD (Design & Art Direction) will partner with an ACD (Copy) and work alongside the Creative Director to connect the overarching marketing strategy and executional 360 full funnel campaign. This role works collaboratively with other team leads (within creative & cross-functionally) and focuses on primarily on services campaigns (Express delivery & Subscriptions) and may flex onto other work as needed.
You will also help lead external agency partners using a blend of strong leadership and hands-on creative expertise.
