Prepare Youth for Success
- Plan and oversee the administration of designated Clubhouse arts and crafts programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes:

Establish and maintain Clubhouse arts and crafts program goals and settings that insure the health and safety of members. Ensure the evaluation of Club arts and crafts programs on a continual basis and ensures programs/activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity.

- Analyze performance metrics to refine creative strategies, employing data-driven insights to improve audience engagement and reach.
- Build and manage relationships with content creators, photographers, and videographers to scale content production while maintaining quality standards.
- Design and execute creative concepts for product launches and campaigns, focusing on platform-specific content formats such as Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
- Experiment with A/B testing for visuals and content formats to continuously optimize social media performance.
- Ensure that all produced content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of creative excellence. Requirements - Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices, particularly for Instagram.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve content strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external content creators.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on producing visually engaging content.
