**Your New Role.**
+ The Animation Studio Artist Management Coordinator will support the execution of our next generation programs, events, studio onboarding, and school outreach efforts. The Coordinator will support the vision of the Artist Management team through the execution, facilitation and administration of key talent programs focused on how we engage with, develop, and inspire interested and incoming Animation talent.
**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Collaborates with and supports the Artist Management Team through coordination of programmed internal & external events (panels, presentations, expos & conventions), school relations, and talent outreach.
+ Assists with and coordinates school outreach efforts with high school students, college students and educators - including local outreach events, informational presentations, portfolio reviews and school visits.
+ Supports Artist Job Postings/format for social media, with knowledge of Photoshop, and manage application inbox for show reviews.
+ Supports Artist Management and Outreach initiatives throughout the year
+ Helps maintain the team calendar. Heavy scheduling and a focus on logistic details with exceptional follow-through.
+ Supports onboarding by welcoming new hires with welcome kits and keeping positive and supportive communication with artists throughout their time at the studio.
+ Assists in company monthly newsletter assignments and weekly talent retention email blast recommendations.

**Qualifications & Experience.**

THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Artist Management division to support multiple artist management companies with the day-to-day accounting and finance support. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain relationships with other field accountants. Prepare month-end close entries, supporting financial schedules, and reconciliations.

Manage a roster of priority label clients.

Through teaching, creative artistry, research, advocacy, and service,we elevate arts education. SMTD has 46 tenured and tenure-track faculty as well as 55 contract, continuing and adjunct faculty. There are currently over 550 students in SMTD , with 375 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in residential and online music degree programs.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Event Logistics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement talent and performance management strategies that support the organizations goals and workforce transformation to enable Textron Aviation to maintain status as a top-tier employer.
- Manage succession planning program to ensure the organization has a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to fill key leadership and critical roles. Including, but not limited to identifying high-potential employees, creating development plans, and ensuring a smooth transition for leadership positions.
- Serve as subject matter expert in Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA) and talent management best practices focusing on both leadership and professional skills.
- Design, implement and manage career pathing frameworks aligned with KFLA competencies to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate organizational effectiveness in terms of talent programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct assessments to identify workforce strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats. This might involve analyzing processes, structures, culture, and employee engagement levels.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Including, but not limited to creating change management plans, assessing readiness for change, and providing support to employees and leadership during transitions.
- Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization. Including, but not limited to coordinating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to new hires assisting in acclimation to their roles and the organizations culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and structures including, but not limited to restructuring departments, realigning reporting relationships, and optimizing workflow processes.
- Collect and analyze data related to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and other relevant metrics including preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on organizational development best practices and strategies that enhance their effectiveness and leadership skills.
- Utilize industry-standard organizational development, change management and talent management certifications and methodologies as appropriate.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relative experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior individual and team performance consulting experience to include customer service skills.
- Experience facilitating groups towards common outcomes, such as mission, vision, objective and goal setting exercises.
- Certifications and facilitation experience with industry standard organizational design and change management methodologies.
- Autonomous self-starter with an appetite to develop initiatives from scratch.
- Knowledge of talent and performance management principles.
