**Salary/Pay Range** : $1,045 per credit hour. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.
This position has been determined to be exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
**Work Location** : Determined by course modality: On-campus, online, or hybrid. Remote teaching opportunities may be available under certain conditions.
**Summary**
The College of Letters, Arts, and Science (LAS) at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Visual Arts from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.
The position is responsible for teaching various courses for Visual Arts; however, exact courses taught will depend on need at the time of hire The courses may be in person or online.

The Director of Visual Art is a year-round leadership position overseeing visual arts education at Interlochen Arts Academy and Interlochen Arts Camp. Reporting to the Provost, the Director provides visionary leadership for curriculum and programming, teaches classes during the academic year and summer, manages faculty and staff, and cultivates strong relationships with students, alumni, and donors. Responsibilities include faculty recruitment and development, admissions collaboration, guest artist engagement, gallery and facility management, and budget oversight. The Director advances innovative approaches to visual art education, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and represents Interlochen at the national and international level.
Essential Duties:
- Provide visionary leadership for visual art education at Interlochen Arts Academy and Interlochen Arts Camp, aligning with institutional goals
- Teach one to two classes each semester and appropriate classes during camp
- Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate visual art faculty and staff, including the Richardson-Spica Fellow Artist-in-Residence program

The **AD** **creative direction** is responsible for creating content solutions from concept to finish across various digital channels and customer touchpoints. This role requires expertise in copywriting, desktop and mobile design, online marketing, and user experience as well as the ability to manage and mentor a team of art directors, designers, and copywriters. The ideal candidate is passionate about engaging audiences through high-quality digital experiences.
Primary responsibilities
+ Mentorand lead creative teams to develop innovative and impactful digital content.
+ Provide strategic and creative direction for marketing campaigns and content across various digital platforms, including att.com and themyAT&T app.
+ Review briefs and conceptualize creative, drivingcompelling brand narratives thatresonate with target audiences and support AT&T marketing needs.
+ Collaborate across teams (e.g., marketing, accessibility, product, technology) to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
+ Manage the use of AI-executed content to ensure it meets current AT&T standards.
+ Review and approve creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with stakeholder objectives.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and explore leveraging new channels toboost digital marketing.
+ Track data analytics to optimize web content for increased engagement and performance (includes A/B testing and writing for SEO).

+ Five to seven years' experience as an associate creative director or similar role with a focus on art directionand copywriting in digital marketing (telecom a plus).
+ Five+ years' experience leading a team of art directors, designers, and/or copywriters.
+ Strong portfolio including web pages, UI design, graphics, image compositing, type layout, and copy (including SEO content).
+ Expert knowledge indigital brand experience and web strategy, design principles, and best practices.
+ Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences while staying on brand.
+ Self-starter who flourishes in a lively, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with both short and long timelines.
+ A big-picture, critical thinker who is also detail-oriented and executes work quickly and accurately.
+ Strong presenterwho can convey a clear creative vision and strategy to leadership.
+ Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including AfterEffects.
+ Workfront experience (or similar PMS) a plus.
