**Model Conversion**
- Convert pre-PBR stat reserve models from MG-Triton to Integrate
- Develop and refine independent model validation tools, suitable for reasonableness review and audit of actuarial models and reserve calculations
- Explain differences in results between modeling software systems

- Partner effectively with stakeholders including Valuation production teams, Valuation Qualified Actuary, and the Appointed Actuary to understand pre- and post-model data needs
**Model Transformation**

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in Museum Studies, Art History, Information Science, Archival Studies, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in museum curation, digital collections management, or archival work, with a significant focus on digital assets, is required. Proven experience with DAMS platforms, metadata schemas (e.g., Dublin Core, MODS), and digital preservation strategies is essential. Strong knowledge of digital formats, file management, and digital object standards is a must. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are vital for developing engaging content and collaborating effectively. Experience with web content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is desirable. This hybrid position requires flexibility, with expectations for some in-office attendance for team collaboration and artifact handling.
