The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Bakery Sales Associate creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions and sells our delicious cakes. The Joy Creator is the first point of brand contact in our bakery and serves in an essential role to engage and bring joy to our guests, create a memorable experience and leave a positive, lasting impression. The Joy Creator embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to guest satisfaction as well as excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION

Part time Bakery Sales Associates will be scheduled 10-25 hours per week Monday-Saturday. Must have the flexibility to work two or more morning, mid-day, or evening shifts. Shifts times may vary but typically the hours are morning (8:30am-3pm), mid day (10am-4pm or 11am-5pm), evening (2:30pm-7:30pm) or (3pm-7:30pm). Some holidays will be needed.

Need all shifts! Full time available for Day shift. *Pay range is based on experience.

Bakery hours are Monday-Wednesday, 9am-6pm / Thursday-Saturday, 9am-7pm / Sunday - 11am-4pm

Accountabilities/Duties:

* Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs, and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
* Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
* Suggests additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration.
* Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected.
* Upholds a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
* Replenishes retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
* Assists the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
* Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
* Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

**Responsibilities :**

+ Move and spot stage scenic elements during our Broadway/West End Style Musical Theater Productions and be responsible for performer harness checks and flying hook-ups during our musical theater productions and entertainment events shipwide

+ Partner with Automation Operator to maintain all shipwide automation and rigging systems to ensure good repair and proper usage for outdoor deck parties, shows, and events

+ Train in all outdoor rigging positions to safely operate during shows

+ Be an important contributor to the Walt Disney Theater Team with responsibilities for load in and load outs, Cast changeovers, new show installations, equipment tests, vendor support, movie premiers and company events

**Basic Qualifications :**

+ Minimum three years show production experience in a similar role

+ Experience or qualifications in a theatrical/Entertainment-based rigging operation

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, electric motors, motor drives and controls, manual and automated rigging devices

+ Experience with the operation of computerized automation control equipment.
