As Entertainment Rigger and Stage Hand you will move and spot stage scenic elements during our Broadway/West End Style Musical Theater Productions and be responsible for performer harness checks and flying hook-ups during our theater productions and entertainment events ship wide. You will partner with Automation Operator to maintain all shipwide automation and rigging systems to ensure good repair and proper usage for outdoor deck parties, shows and events.

**Responsibilities :**
+ Move and spot stage scenic elements during our Broadway/West End Style Musical Theater Productions and be responsible for performer harness checks and flying hook-ups during our musical theater productions and entertainment events shipwide
+ Partner with Automation Operator to maintain all shipwide automation and rigging systems to ensure good repair and proper usage for outdoor deck parties, shows, and events
+ Train in all outdoor rigging positions to safely operate during shows
+ Be an important contributor to the Walt Disney Theater Team with responsibilities for load in and load outs, Cast changeovers, new show installations, equipment tests, vendor support, movie premiers and company events
**Basic Qualifications :**
+ Minimum three years show production experience in a similar role
+ Experience or qualifications in a theatrical/Entertainment-based rigging operation
+ Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, electric motors, motor drives and controls, manual and automated rigging devices
+ Experience with the operation of computerized automation control equipment.
+ Can work at heights and with heavy equipment

- Partner effectively with stakeholders including Valuation production teams, Valuation Qualified Actuary, and the Appointed Actuary to understand pre- and post-model data needs

- Recommend and implement solutions to streamline valuation and financial projection processes
- Collaborate across teams to enhance accuracy of projections
- Provide guidance on structure of actuarial models, including inputs and outputs

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. YOUR ROLE:
+ Capture genuine smiles and priceless school memories
+ Use your personal vehicle to travel to local schools and support picture day
+ Paid to enjoy new scenery, meet new people, and occasionally overnight stay (hotel + per diem paid)
+ Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment at school locations for photo day events
+ Use photo software to organize and manage images

WHAT YOU MUST BRING:
+ High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
+ A reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver's license (use of public transportation is not permitted)
+ Willingness to start early (sometimes as early as 4 AM!) and occasional extended hours when travel is involved.
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. of camera equipment
+ Ability to store camera equipment in home when not in use
+ A cheerful, friendly personality - especially around kids
+ Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities
+ Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills
+ Comfort working independently for smaller events after training
+ Travel to schools, as scheduled, for photo day events
+ Comfortable working with computers / cameras and ability to learn new programs
+ Grooming and professional appearance that reflects Jostens' standards
+ Reliable cell phone and internet access
