This role requires an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a warm and efficient experience.
- Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Direct customers to the correct department and provide information about the establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided by the dealership.
- Greet customers upon arrival, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer callers to the appropriate person or department.

- Operate the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages, and using the overhead paging system.
- Hear complaints from customers and the public and direct them to the proper manager for resolution of issues.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as sorting files, preparing documents to be mailed, and operating computers to work with company records, invoices, and other documents.
- Utilize and maintain electronic calendars for tracking schedules and meetings.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Great attention to detail.
- Cheerful, friendly personality with 6 months of related experience preferred.
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
The pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour.
