We are looking for skilled assemblers to join our team on-site. The role involves working on a production line, assembling nylon tubes and managing various processes that are essential to the operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery to bend nylon tubes into the proper shape, following detailed work instructions.
+ Assemble nylon tubes by placing them on an assembly board, manually clipping, and clamping them together.
+ Participate in orientation and training sessions to ensure familiarity with processes and safety protocols.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and assembly line work.
+ Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machine operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with using calipers and micrometers.
+ Experience with assembling nylon tubes.
+ Understanding of mechanical blueprints.

**Work Environment**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, Alabama.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Assemblers
**Location:** Osceola, WI
**Pay Range:** $17 - $20
**Shift:** 1st Shift: 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., 2nd Shift: 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., Weekend Shift: 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble complex sheet metal and machined parts according to specifications.
+ Utilize various manufacturing tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.
+ Conduct quality checks on assembled products to maintain high standards.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
+ Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
