Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and/or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Inspection.

- In-process Inspection.

- Performs online go/no-go testing and inspection, using visual magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Perform inspection operations under a stereo microscope or other magnifying device for sustained periods.
- Rework, as necessary, boards and mounted components for compliance with IPC-610 standards.

Scope:
Perform required inspections and complete quality department documentation, including FAIs. Support Program Managers and production workers with quality issues. Program & Utilize CMM equipment and evaluate results. Conduct tool calibrations and assist with disposition of other quality decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Responsible for communicating with departments to initiate the FAIR.
- Ensure the FAIR is prepared in an organized, timely, and accurate manner.
- Performs the dimensional inspection of parts and tools used by manufacturing through the use of mechanical measuring devices such as pin gauges, hand calipers, CMM, and micrometers.
- Involved in the preparation and completion of work on a daily basis.
- Monitors and produces product quality by initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity, identifying and records any quality problems, initiating, recommending, and providing solutions, verifying the implementation of solutions, and controlling further processing delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.
- Ability to work with chemicals such as but not limited to alcohol and acrylics.
- Performs the testing of the products and the completion of all documentation involved.
- Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisors safety hazards and issues.
- Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
- Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- General Math skills with ability to understand mechanical measuring/measurement concepts and their applications.
- Ability to use hand measuring tools such as calipers, gages, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Basic computer skills in the use of Excel, Word, Internet, Email).
- Knowledge and understanding of AS9100C and AS9102 standard.
- Knowledge of FAI.
- Has good English communication skills and mathematical skills.
- Has good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and the ability to speak clearly.
- Ability to perform routine tasks.
- Must be a team player and must work well with others.
- Must adapt to a changing environment.
- Must be detailed oriented & well organized.
- Must have conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift.
- Flexible and able to cross train to work in any position throughout both buildings.
- Ability to safely work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc) or biological agents.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous manufacturing and/or aerospace industry experience preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
