**Job Title: Assembly Quality Coordinator**
**Job Description**
The role involves coordinating quality activities with a focus on assembly inspections, root cause-corrective actions (RCCA), First Article Inspections (FAIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and supplier issues. You will work in a cross-functional environment to ensure quality standards and internal customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct daily assembly inspections to ensure products meet type design standards.
+ Facilitate communication and feedback between incoming and downstream internal customers.
+ Coordinate containment of stock and work-in-progress through quality investigations.
+ Attend Quality Review Board (QRB) meetings to support Quality Engineers (QEs) and internal issues.
+ Provide real-time shop floor support for quality-based investigations and resolutions.
+ Collaborate with QEs on customer returns, RMA processes, and document quality aspects of RCCA.
+ Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and other quality documentation as required.
+ Identify and address any known or potential problems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in First Article Inspections (FAIs).
+ Understanding of electrical bonding.
+ Knowledge of sealant application.
+ Familiarity with torque specifications.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Capability to ascertain part compliance with print measurements.
+ Decision-making skills.
+ Experience with MRP systems.
+ Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ One to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Three to five years of experience in precision sheet metal or assembly shop environment.
+ Experience with machined parts inspection, Net Inspect, CMM, and Faro Arm.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a manufacturing environment. · High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified) a minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience
· Must have MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $51,200.00 - $85,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Collins Aerospace is looking for an Inline Verifier to join the operations team. The primary responsibility will be to preform inline inspection of repaired electronic components, and associated paperwork. The position requires a keen focus on physically inspecting aircraft components and reviewing paperwork to ensure that workmanship standards, quality requirements, customer requirements are satisfied, and components are returned to service in an airworthy condition with all required documentation accurately completed. The secondary responsibility will be to complete electronic rework and assembly as required. The position requires one to follow schematics and drawings to repair electronic assemblies utilizing hand tools, torque tools and solder irons.

+ Inspect rework and assembly performed by others, and solder electronic components per IPC-A-610 and J-STD. Complete one's own rework and assembly as required.
+ Articulate and understand written instructions from customer flow down, such as purchase orders and customer technical documentation.
+ Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals (CMMs), assembly/work instructions, and engineering prints.
+ Use tools such as solder iron, torque tools, and other assembly equipment.
+ Comply with ESD and FOD programs.
+ Provide constructive feedback to teammates when corrections are needed.
+ Work with minimal oversight and in a multi-discipline team environment, providing insight and solutions to complicated issues both technical and procedural.
+ **2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday**
+ **Training could take place on 1st Shift or 2nd Shift depending on need: if 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm for up to 60 days**

+ You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs.
