The Assembly Lead will coordinate and oversee daily assembly tasks, ensuring products are prepared accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role involves hands-on work, team leadership, quality control, and collaboration with other warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory, and shipping.
What you will do:
- Lead and oversee the assembly team, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time
- Assign workstations, tasks, and responsibilities to assembly staff based on workflow priorities
- Train new team members on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency

The Assembly Lead will coordinate and oversee daily assembly tasks, ensuring products are prepared accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role involves hands-on work, team leadership, quality control, and collaboration with other warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory, and shipping.
What you will do:
- Lead and oversee the assembly team, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time
- Assign workstations, tasks, and responsibilities to assembly staff based on workflow priorities
- Train new team members on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing operations
- 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily within a warehouse setting
- The noise level can range from moderate to loud
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (forklifts, trucks)

This position pays a 15% weekend shift premium, with an hourly rate of $28.75 . In addition, this position will be eligible to work an additional weekend shift on a voluntary basis, based on business needs. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
