**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:**
· Pick up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and place items onto conveyor or chutes to dump bulk materials onto conveyor, or transfer materials form one conveyor to another conveyor and align material on conveyor. Clean packaging containers and equipment.
· Knowledge of SAP (Inventory Control System)
· Fill displays with pouches, cups or sticks.
· Check pallets and codes.
· Line, pad, create and assemble cartons.
· Wrap protective material around product.
· Start, stop and regulate speed of conveyor.
· Assist in line set up.
· Complete code and scale checks on displays, canisters and cases.
· Weigh containers, adjust quantity, and perform weight checks
· Label containers, container tags or products.
· Pack special arrangements or selections of product.
· Assist operators when needed.
· Inspect materials, products and containers at each step of packaging process.
· Record production and review records and specification
· Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and HACCP standards
· Follow safety policies and standard work procedures
· Other duties may be assigned.

Join our dynamic production manufacturing team where you will play a vital role in overseeing the production of plastic parts. **Your duties will include legibly writing and tracking order information, pulling part tickets, watching machinery, and keeping parts organized. You will also be responsible for stacking and palletizing parts, using rulers and tape measures, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. The role requires walking up and down stairs and conducting quality checks on parts hourly or as needed.**

Shift times are as follows: 1st shift (6:45am-3:15pm), 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm), and 3rd shift (10:45pm-7:15am). Steel toe footwear is required.**

- There is no visual contamination
- Labels are straight with no tears present
- Rejected bottles are placed in proper bin for recycle or bailing
- Bottles are placed in box properly
- The proper size box is being used
- Glue joints are glued properly
- Boxes are not damaged – free of any tears or crease Boxes are clean
- Labels are not torn on the bottles
- Label is oriented properly on the bottles prior to packing
- Stand/walk for the majority of the shift, and be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Have a great attitude and be a good teammate
- Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
- Have spent at least 1 continuous year in a recent job
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
