Job Description
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process through to the finished goods stage, ensuring the safety and quality of products. You will monitor multiple high-speed automated production machines to maintain quality production standards.
Responsibilities
+ Verify the correctness of components and perform quality checks visually and with inspection gauges.
+ Conduct testing on assembled products and fill machine hoppers.
+ Keep accurate records using various production forms and PC.
+ Load and thread tubing onto machines and use a handheld scanner for traceability.
+ Lift and move up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder level (approximately 5% of shift time).

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

**Job Description**
The Assembly Operator plays a crucial role in performing advanced assembly operations of complex assemblies, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. This position requires adherence to quality and quantity standards and involves training employees in both basic and complex operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform all work in accordance with the Standard Work Outline.
+ Assemble car locks daily based on the hour-by-hour schedule.
+ Navigate through kits provided to assemble each build.
+ Perform all work safely, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
+ Follow specifications of inspections as noted.
+ Dimensionally check and test production to ensure assembled output meets requirements per AQL standards.
+ Utilize properly calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other measuring tools.
+ Inform the Team Leader of any operating, material, or parts condition that would interfere with quality or quantity production, and take or coordinate approved actions to resolve the problems.
+ Perform operator maintenance and operational checks on all departmental tools and equipment.
+ Segregate and periodically dispose of scrap or recycled material into approved collection containers.
+ Frequently lift and move up to and including 50 lbs.
+ Engage in standing, walking, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing as required by the job.
+ Receive daily direction and support from the Team Leader/Supervisor.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of experience in assembly with an emphasis on mechanical work.
+ Experience using basic hand tools.
+ Ability to stand for 8 hours.
+ Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description
**Description:**
+ Work with an assembly team in multiple sections to assemble drones
+ Will be building circuit boards, cameras, flexes and electrical systems.
+ Will be utilizing torque screw drivers and other hand tools
**Qualifications:**
+ 3+ months of general assembly, production, or manufacturing experience
**Logistics:**
+ $25/hr
+ Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $5.00 - 26.00/hr.
