**What's a Typical Day as an Assembly Operator?**
As an Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for:
+ Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
+ Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating.
+ Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
+ Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency.
+ Identifying and implementing improvements in operations.
+ Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records).

Job Description
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process through to the finished goods stage, ensuring the safety and quality of products. You will monitor multiple high-speed automated production machines to maintain quality production standards.
Responsibilities
+ Verify the correctness of components and perform quality checks visually and with inspection gauges.
+ Conduct testing on assembled products and fill machine hoppers.
+ Keep accurate records using various production forms and PC.
+ Load and thread tubing onto machines and use a handheld scanner for traceability.
