**Pay Range:** $24/hr
**Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ General warehousing including shipping/receiving, driving forklifts, using pallet jacks, lifting, packaging, writing reports, and computer work.
+ Handling, weighing, pumping, sampling, drumming, and pouring of chemicals while following recipes and safety guidelines.
+ Performing maintenance service and repairs, including basic plumbing and machine servicing.
+ Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse/pilot plant areas and assisting during the quarterly inventory process.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 575 lbs.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
+ Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with warehouse operations.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
A Senior Production Technician works as part of the Assembly Department. An individual filling this job performs repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks of precision electromechanical components. Strong emphasis is put on product quality, cosmetic handling damage, and the ability to build functional products with little to no rework required.
Performs analysis, testing, and support of electronics and circuits. Fabricates and assembles electronics systems from blueprints, schematics, or sketches using knowledge of electronic systems, components, and their functions. Troubleshoot product designs and suggest or implement improvements. Conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production models. Perform calibration checks on electronic instruments. Work with engineers to perform root cause and failure analysis as required. Provides support to manufacturing.
This position requires safety shoes and shielded safety glasses.

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Producing Fluoropolymer products while meeting established production goals.
- Reviewing instructions, specifications, and parts lists to prepare for work.
- Gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Performing inspections of completed parts through visual inspection and measuring instruments.
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work quickly and methodically under deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
