Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to lead talent initiatives to support Lowe's business objectives, as part of the global talent management function. This position collaborates with all talent management functions, including career management, performance development, organizational effectiveness, talent assessment, talent and succession planning, and leadership development. This role provides expert consultation to HR and business leaders related to the use of assessments for purposes of employee selection, placement, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning, and individual and team development. This includes leading large scale, cross-functional assessment initiatives that have major financial and operational impact at the enterprise.
This role manages assessment for selection (pre-employment) and assessment for development (in-role, leader, high-potential, and teams) projects from early negotiation/contracting to measurement and evaluation, conducting discovery, developing the strategy, designing solutions, and delivering on key objectives. This role leads multiple, large assessment projects simultaneously, which often includes managing the work of vendors. This role also provides ongoing direction and coaching to junior team members and plays a key role as a thought leader on the assessment team and in establishing and maintaining standards and best practices for assessment in the organization.

Required Qualifications:

The Assessment Nurse may be the first person that the potential member/member and family meet from the MLTCP programs. The Assessment Nurse conducts the UAS assessment to determine the level of care needed to support applicants/members in their own homes. The Assessment Nurse also completes the UAS assessment tool on members already enrolled in the MLTC programs upon program enrollment, semi-annually and when there is a significant change in condition.
Job Description
* Meets with applicant, family, and caregiver in person to determine if MLTC program applicants meet the clinical qualifications for enrollment. (i.e., UAS score 5 or greater, needing 120 days of care, safe in-home environment).
* Meets with member, family, and caregiver in person to conduct the UAS tool for MLTC program enrollees or prospective enrollees.
* Documents outreach attempts in care management data system.(i.e. Bookings platform)
* Conducts a minimum of 13 UAS assessments on a weekly basis which may include initials, significant change in condition, return assessments and/or semi-annual/re- assessments; at least 60% of them should be in-person.
* Extracts information from the member as well as from other sources such as DCMS and other quality reports as needed to complete the UAS.
* Conducts "pop-up/drive-by" visits for members/applicants who are unable to reach via phone or family member; these visits are scheduled around the expected minimum UAS assessment per week and will not change the completion rate expectations.
* Completes the Task Based Tool from the Lenavi, and after clinical review the Assessment Nurse shares potential hours and services with applicant and family.
* Discusses other options for applicants that do not meet the clinical qualifications for the MLTCP.
* Reviews handbook and enrollment documents with applicants who meet the criteria for enrollment in the MLTCP. ARNS will obtain electronic signatures for all new enrollment visits they conduct. And will respond to questions and obtain wet or electronic signature on all necessary documents.
* Reviews findings of assessments with Team Lead after interview with applicant and family member.
* Conducts reassessments in-person of member pursuant to schedule and in cases when Care Manager request re-assessment due to change in condition of the member.
* Participates in MetroPlusHealth quality management activities related to MLTC as needed.

Monitors and updates real estate title changes on land records. May assume responsibility for pricing automotive equipment. Investigates and studies prevailing practices on depreciation and replacement values. This is a CHPEA union position. The hours of work for this position are 40 per week.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
The examination will consist of rating your training and experience as contained on your application. It may also include a written test, an oral test, or a combination thereof. - Scores the W-APT according to the screener's scoring rubric; manually records the student's information and results on the results form; submits the screener immediately upon completion for review by the Enrollment Specialist. The Data Manager will enter the scores for the enrolling student.
- Works along with CIE staff members to ensure that the students and parents receive excellent customer service during their enrollment and testing process.
- Reviews rubrics and consults with the Enrollment Specialist and/or the Senior Administrator during unusual cases.
- Reports to schools to screen students on site approximately once a week.
- Collaborates with CIE staff members in planning and administering the screener for rising kindergarteners, occasionally, for Saturday sessions.
- During peak times, assists the Communication Specialist with the enrollment process for newly enrolling international students.
- Greets parents and students, answers incoming calls, completes the demographics section of the
- Provides general office assistance including filing, photocopying, scanning, etc., when needed. Utilizes encryption software to submit W-APT to schools, when needed.
- When needed, calls schools within North Carolina and in other states to obtain critical screening information for enrolling students.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, and copiers. The position, at times, must be able to come into direct contact with school system staff, external agencies, and the community. Work is considered light physical work, requiring the exertion of up to ten pounds of force. The work frequently requires driving automotive equipment.

Position Summary
The Assessment Technician supports the academic success of students by coordinating and administering a variety of standardized and placement tests, accommodated exams, and professional certification assessments in accordance with institutional, state, and federal guidelines. This position ensures a secure, fair, and professional testing environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity throughout the testing process.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Registers students for tests, verifies identification, schedules appointments, and communicates testing procedures clearly and professionally.
• Administers and proctors in-person and remote standardized tests (including HSE, ESL, and accommodated exams) while upholding testing integrity and security standards.
• Assists students with disabilities by supporting the use of testing accommodations and adaptive technology, ensuring inclusive and respectful service.
• Troubleshoots technical issues related to testing software (e.g., TABE/CASAS) and equipment to minimize disruptions and maintain a smooth testing environment.
• Maintains accurate test records and documentation, enters scores into systems like Banner, and prepares reports for tracking and compliance.
• Ensures compliance with institutional policies, testing regulations, and security protocols, including maintaining confidentiality and following established procedures.
• Manages and maintains databases, performs data entry, and creates templates and documentation to support efficient and accurate operations.
• Facilitates online remote testing through platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx, utilizing breakout rooms, screen sharing, and remote support tools.
