Schedule: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 7:00 am - 5:45 pm. Wednesday 7:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m.
FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an Assisted Living Facility RN position for our client, a leader in home health care.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
+ Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the physician.
+ Document resident care accurately and thoroughly.
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
+ Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
+ Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ Active New York State RN license
+ Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
+ Excellent clinical skills
+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills
+ Basic computer proficiency
