**Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Computing/Computer Systems or related degree is required. A recent graduate is preferred (2024 to 2025 or due to graduate in May 2026).
+ Minimum GPA: 3.2
+ Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Primary Purpose**
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
Assists experienced engineers in developing studies, plans, criteria, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, performance assessments, integrated systems analysis, cost estimates, budgets, associated with the planning, design, licensing, construction, operation, and maintenance of Exelon's electric generation, transmission, distribution, gas and telecommunication facilities/systems. Provides analytical support for consultation and recommendations to the Company within and to other business units and/or customers as a result of studying company or customer-owned systems, processes, outages, equipment, vehicles or facilities to advance business needs and efficiencies. Develop recommendations to improve planning, design, installation and maintenance processes. Collects and compiles financial data for budget and actual costs of projects. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
**Primary Duties**
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Assists experienced engineers in performing well-defined engineering assignments in specialized areas requiring engineering expertise exercising independent discretion. (e.g. Collect data, perform complex analysis, interpret results, draw conclusions, and clearly present a recommendation to management) (60%)
+ Provides support to engineering and operating groups to analyze specific design, installation and maintenance activities. Assists in the performance of complex engineering assignments.(e.g. Analyze and interpret the results of complex power flows and perform complex electrical tests, and analyze non-specific and ambiguous results) (20%)
+ Assists with technical consultation, plan developments and recommendations for customer and company systems and processes; (e.g. Verify and validate studies, blueprints, or designs against accepted engineering principles and practices) (10%)
+ Evaluates effectiveness of current technical systems and processes. Participates on teams; (e.g. Design high voltage transmission and distribution circuits, meeting all engineering standards and criteria) (10%)
+ Perform Technical Reviews of DER/Solar Applications: Evaluate distributed energy resource (DER) and solar interconnection applications to ensure compliance with Delmarva Power's technical interconnection standards and state regulations.
+ Determine Interconnection Requirements: Analyze system impact studies, feeder capacity, and protection schemes to identify necessary upgrades or modifications for safe and reliable integration of DER facilities into the DPL distribution system.

**What will you be doing?**
The Engineer's role is to ensure that WWT/industry best practices and methodologies are applied to design, deployment and operations of (technology) networks. This individual provides technical guidance and leadership to the customer and project engineering team and ensures project timelines are met. They will be the technical point of contact for the customer and provide design, migration, and deployment guidance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the delivery planning, design, implementation & optimization services as a post sales consultant to WWT's Commercial Enterprise clients.
+ Create Low-Level and High-Level designs utilizing industry best practices
+ Leads the delivery of solutions that could include routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and other hardware and software.
+ Oversees/performs new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
+ Monitor performance and troubleshooting areas as needed.
+ Conduct research on products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the industry.
+ Perform Netbackup agent installation across Windows and Linux; perform integration of Netbackup with VMware.
+ Perform storage maintenance, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
+ Must have experience working in Linux, RHEL, Tanium and Identity Management.
+ Must have experience in Active Directory, and SCCM, RSA Console
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field required
+ A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field required.
+ Knowledge or experience with multiple technology disciplines is a plus.
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
+ Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
+ Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
+ Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.

  • Assists in process improvements for existing manufacturing processes utilizing appropriate engineering principles and standard strategies e.g. Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Provides support for designed experiments and capability studies, collects documents and files records on process specifications.
  • Assists with the programming, set-up and debugging of equipment or measuring instruments.
  • Collects process documentation and prepares training on processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures and other safety precautions within the work area.
  • Performs other related duties, as required

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Computing/Computer Systems or related degree is required. A recent graduate is preferred (2024 to 2025 or due to graduate in May 2026).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.2
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates will maintain active, regular communication and involvement with internal and external project team members.
  • The candidate will maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance always.
  • Working knowledge of machine and electrical safety standards is preferred.
  • Lean Sigma experience is preferred.
  • Experience with equipment programming software is preferred.

The Structural Associate Engineer will be responsible for independently executing complex design tasks.   • Directs and provides mentoring to project level engineers.

  • Develops fee estimates and assists Director in proposal writing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing of buildings and structures.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of California Building Code with the ability to convey that knowledge to others.
  • Design experience in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry structural building systems.
  • High proficiency with design tools like Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, ETABS, Risa.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  • California PE license required. California SE license preferred.
