Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include investigating claims, managing litigation, conducting settlement negotiations and formulating reserves.
• Perform claims investigations, gathering all relevant facts and documents.
• Analyze liability, damages and exposures.
• Formulate reserves.
• Develop handling strategies.

• Review and confirm coverage.

Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
• BA/BS Degree. JD strongly preferred.

• CPCU, ARM or other advanced designations desirable.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
