**Responsibilities:**
+ Protect the enterprise by monitoring security alerts using SOAR, SIEM, EDR, ASM etc, assessing for potential incidents, and collaborating with teams to resolve them
+ Analyze vulnerability scan reports to evaluate risks and prioritize vulnerabilities against affected assets and report accordingly
+ Analyze security events, prioritizing threats, and taking action following industry frameworks (I.e., NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-61v2, containment, eradication, and recovery)
+ Monitor security alerts and events from multiple tools and sources to conduct in-depth analysis, and identify cause of incidents
+ Identify, mitigate, and report on emerging threats through cyber threat intelligence gathering and threat hunting activities
+ Perform analysis of collected data using specialized tools to detect and track intrusions on affected assets such as malware analysis in isolated sandbox environments
+ Commit to staying current with industry trends, new threats, and security technologies to improve SOC and TVM capabilities
+ Cleary communicate priorities and escalation points/procedures to internal and external stakeholders
+ Utilize Attack Surface Management tools and techniques to assess effectiveness of security posture against exposure and exploitation
+ Examine systems and applications against relevant cyber threat intelligence to assess the current security posture
+ Identify, analyze, improve vulnerabilities using industry scanning tools, documentation, and ticketing tools
+ Conduct data correlation and analytics to present to team members and decision makers
**Qualifications:**
+ 1+ years in cybersecurity and/or IT relevant experience; preferably in Security operations, threat hunting, incident response, or similar technical investigation experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology, or similar STEM degree (desired)
+ Certifications such as GCIH, CEH, Security+, CySA+, CCNA
+ Web App pentesting or bug bounty (vulnerability disclosure) program work
+ Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK.
+ Problem-solving abilities with an analytic and qualitative eye for reasoning.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of audiences (peers & leadership).
+ Ability to travel up to 10%
+ Ability to work onsite in Omaha 3 days per week: Tues, Weds & Thurs. Monday and Friday are remote days.

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

**Job Description Summary**
The Stratascale Associate Security Analyst - Operations manages and enhances the SIEM environment, performs in-depth security analysis, and supports incident handling to mitigate threats. Overview
The Senior Associate, Information Security is part of a global team and is responsible for incident response of cyber security incidents that are associated with our businesses, clients, and vendors; is technically skilled and ensures incident containment, remediation, and closure. Position Summary
The use of IT (Information Technology) infrastructure in the company is vital for daily operation. The IS (Information Security) Specialist should Provide secure Information Technology infrastructure service to the company as well as companywide employees and staff.
Role Description.
Define and implement Macro (Servers, Groups and Shared resource) and Micro (Personal and Single) IT infrastructure. Analyze, Plan, Design, Develop and Implement IT Infrastructure and IT Security solutions to support company IT requirements. Analyze and prevent any Information risk ensuring the companys information integrity. Define, maintain and monitor the execution of IS and IT policies. Execute and monitor company IT/IS Compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
-Providing technical support across the company
-Support equipment repair and replacement service
-Testing Benchmarking new technology
-Maintain and execute IT Training program for new employs
-Monitor IT/IS Infrastructure (including servers and network devices) to ensure data integrity
-Reporting of daily system issues.
-Analyze and propose system improvements.
-Documentation related to IT/IS policies, issues, and procedures.
-Participation and active analyst, designer, and developer in IT projects.
-Monitoring of IT/IS infrastructure-related expenses.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience, and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
-Vocational or undergraduate degree in information systems and computer science or related field.
-One (1) to three (3) years of information systems, computer science and/or IT-related experience.

-Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures

L3Harris is seeking a skilled technical professional with experience in virtualization infrastructure and system administration, with a general focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows. Join our team of Information Security Systems Engineers (ISSEs) to support Managed Network Infrastructures and Services for federal government customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security protocols, virtualization technologies, and advanced system administration practices.
+ This position is ONSITE at L3Harris offices located in Melbourne, Florida
+ This role may require weekend, after-hours, or on-call rotations to meet program requirements and/or ongoing program support
+ This position requires travel to a disaster recovery site to support if needed in an emergency

Essential Functions:
Specific responsibilities will include:
+ Intermediate Red Hat Linux troubleshooting and support
+ System management with Red Hat Satellite
+ Red Hat Ansible script development and script administration
+ Familiarity with VMware/Omnissa Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployments using Windows and Red Hat instant clone desktops
+ Basic understanding of Horizon AppVols and application management
+ Monitor and maintain remote geographically distributed hyperconverged VMware vSphere infrastructures utilizing vSAN
+ Resolve issues within the environment by coordinating with internal and external groups, supporting stakeholder meetings, and maintaining regular customer interactions to ensure effective problem resolution
+ Demonstrate experience in administering Microsoft Windows domains and services, including system administration tasks and maintenance
+ Develop, maintain, and publish up-to-date technical documentation of designs and configurations in accordance with L3Harris Systems Engineering processes
+ Support other tools and applications as needed, focusing on application administration/management
Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate degree in the same fields and a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
+ 1 - 2 years of Red Hat or equivalent Linux operating system administration experience
+ 1 year of VMware Horizon virtual windows or red hat desktop support with desktop pools, instant clones, golden images
+ 1 year of VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure support with vCenter, ESXi, Connection Server, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), AppVols, Horizon Administration
+ 1 year of command line experience in Linux
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Experience with Cisco UCS servers, UCS fabrics
+ Basic SQL administration

General Duties/Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):
- Triages, analyses, and resolves requests from internal and external customers, prioritizing them based upon risk.
- Responsible for one or more information security system and maintains those systems to all applicable policies and procedures.
- Assists with break/fix of tools and automation that are owned by the Information Security Team.
- Analyzes and responds to security threats, applying sound reasoning and logic, based upon risk.
- Provides expert advice to management on identified security risks.
- Investigates and documents security incidents using industry standard methods. Makes recommendations to management in the "lessons learned" phase.
- Manages dynamically changing operational priorities (70% of the week overall) and project priorities (30% of the week overall) to meet SLAs and deliverables.
- Researches and recommends new tools to reduce significant organizational risk.Collaborates with other internal information technology teams to support internal and external systems.
- Writes, performs peer-reviews, and updates documentation (e.g., processes, FAQs, flow diagrams, how-tos) for information security systems.Contributes and participates in the Information Security Team daily stand-ups and other internal and external meetings.
- Participates in regular reporting, maintaining accountability and transparency within the Information Security Team.
- Remains current on industry trends in cyber risk with industry standards (ISO 27001/2, NIST, CIS) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, etc.)
