Installation Technician will be required to perform server installations, NIC card swaps, fiber installation, cable tracing, BNC connection terminations as well as dressing cable and wire management. + Initial server configurations (ILO/Idrc initial setup), install and secure transmission and switching equipment, assist in mounting, leveling and aligning equipment bays and/or cabinets as well as provide CAT5/6 cable connections when needed
+ Responsible for troubleshooting overall customer lab issues at the request of management
+ Must be able to read, understand and follow standard and office drawings, product documentation, and AT&T Technical Requirements documentation
+ Provide Weekly Activity Reports to management for incorporation into monthly deliverables to the customer

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
