Athlete Content Strategist
**Job Description:**
**Position Summary:**
The Athlete Social Content Strategist is a key creative and strategic role within The North Face's internal production team, focused on bringing athlete stories to life through a social-first lens. Additionally, this role manages TNF's annual athlete content calendar and holds regular cross functional and global meetings to drive execution. This role bridges the gap between our world-class athlete team and our most engaged digital audiences, producing content that inspires, educates, and builds community-while reinforcing The North Face's position as a leader in outdoor exploration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Lead Athlete Expedition Content**
Oversee and responsible for the creation of video content and digital assets from beginning concepts to finished deliverables, including partnering with external production, contracts, licensing, and budget management for all Global Athlete Expeditions, in partnership with the Global Visual Media and Film Team
**Lead Social-First Athlete Storytelling:**
Concept and produce compelling short-form content that highlights athlete journeys, expeditions, training, and lifestyle-tailored for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
**Collaborate Across Teams:**
Partner closely with Sports Marketing, Social Media, Creative and Brand Marketing to align on content priorities, athlete availability, and brand moments.
**On-the-Ground Content Capture:**
Travel to athlete shoots, expeditions, and events to capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content optimized for social engagement.
**Community-Driven Content Strategy:**
Develop content that sparks conversation and builds community-leveraging live Q&As, athlete takeovers, and UGC collaborations to deepen audience connection.
**Platform Expertise:**
Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform innovations to ensure TNF athlete content remains culturally relevant and high-performing.
**Visual Brand Stewardship:**
Ensure all content aligns with The North Face's visual manifesto and brand pillars:  _Athlete Tested. Expedition Proven._  Content should reflect aspiration, inspiration, and authenticity.
**Content Planning & Reporting:**
Maintain a dynamic athlete content calendar in partnership with the Social and Sports Marketing teams. Track performance and iterate based on insights.
**Qualifications:**
3-5 years of experience in social media content creation, production, or digital storytelling-preferably in the outdoor, sports, or lifestyle space.
Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or mobile-first tools like CapCut).
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Passion for outdoor culture and athlete storytelling.
Ability to travel and work in fast-paced, field-based environments.
**Hiring Range** **:**
$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.     St. Louis Children's Hospital Specialty Care Center, located in Town & Country, has a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity. This PT will be responsible for patient care within the Young Athlete Center within Therapy and Audiology Services Department.
    Monday-Friday, 4 10-hour weekly schedule with some Saturday Hours; no holidays!

    **Role Purpose**
    Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients including all aspects of evaluation and treatment.
    **Responsibilities**
    + Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies.
    + Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
    + Delegates to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.
    + Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
    + Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
