About the PositionAtlantiCare Physician Group is expanding its Womens Health Center and services across Atlantic, Cape May, and Ocean counties. We are seeking a board-certified OB/GYN physician for a full-time position, working a 40-hour week.
Position Details- Team includes 10+ OB/GYNs, 3 GYN-only physicians, 25+ Midwives and APNs
- Midwives handle all non-complicated vaginal births and first assist
- Work schedule: 4-day week with 2 office days, 1 OR day, 1 L&D 24-hour shift with post-shift day off
- Rotating call schedule (1:7 weekends, always 2nd call)
- Multiple outpatient locations including Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Hammonton, and others
- Providers typically work out of one or two locations
- Inpatient care at Mainland Regional Hospital, Pomona, NJ with comprehensive maternity and NICU facilities
- Access to MFM, Uro-Gyn, Gyn-Onc, and other specialists

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**
1. High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
2. Completion of one of the following: - Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician program or - Fundamentals of Nursing program from an accredited school of nursing or - HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program - Or equivalent medical background experience, such as EMT, Home Health Aide, CMA, MA, PCT, Nursing Assistant.
