Door Attendants may be asked general information about resort amenities and local attractions.

**Qualifications:**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and multi-task in a face paced environment.
+ Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
+ Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
+ Refined verbal skills.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.
+ Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight.
+ Must be able to provide at least 2 full days of availability each week.
+ Previous experience in Hospitality and Valet are preferred.

Our newly formed Village Experience Team (aka "Dream Team") will be the heart and soul of our village operations, working to ensure our guests receive the Experience of a Lifetime. The Team Lead will partner closely with the Senior Leadership of Village Operations and multiple other departments to ensure our villages are world class. This is achieved through proactive focus on guest experience, village maintenance, training and staff development, teamwork, flexibility and communication. This team is a select, hand-picked group of individuals who are excited to maintain village appearance standards, elevate every guest interaction, and provide accurate and timely internal and external operational information in real time.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Work with Assistant Manager to oversee a small cross-functional team to own the guest and village experience. Monitor overall quality of village operations to ensure an experience of a lifetime for all guests and employees. Create a vibrant, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
+ Assist with identifying and hiring Dream Team employees through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and resort leadership to create a strong and dedicated team.
+ Provide personalized assistance to guests, anticipating needs and expectations. Ensure high overall guest satisfaction.
+ Assist in all base area operations which may include, and is not limited to: greeting and interacting with guests, providing information, line management, parking, restroom and village cleanliness, supporting events, snow removal, general upkeep and maintenance.
+ Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all village areas are extremely well-maintained, including walkways, seating areas, signage, lighting, restrooms.
+ Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure all shifts are filled with strong, high performing individuals. Utilize Workforce Management to fill vacant shifts. Monitor Time & Labor and performance management.
+ Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure the highest quality service to guests and employees.
+ Create strong working relationships with other department leaders, and foster communication and cooperation.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Ability to maintain a professional, cooperative and friendly demeanor at all times.
+ Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
+ Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
+ Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.
+ In person role, ability to work weekends and holidays.
+ Must be able to speak, read and write English in a professional manner.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
+ Ability to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.).
+ At least one year of high-end guest service experience OR College degree with an emphasis in Hospitality - _preferred._
+ Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
+ Strong organization and time-management skills.
+ Ability to multitask while ensuring attention to detail.
+ Confidence to handle guest pain points and questions in a calm manner.
+ Strong knowledge of Canyons Village and Park City Mountain - _preferred._
The expected pay range is 23.00/hr - 24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Schedule & Availability:

This is a part-time, on-site position with flexible shifts offered across weekdays and weekends. Shifts range between morning, afternoon, and early evening hours, with heavier coverage needed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Candidates with availability during weekends and peak guest turnover periods are strongly preferred. Multiple positions are available to fill a rotating schedule.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest-facing or service-based role.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based systems (checklists, radios, Slack).
  • Able to lift 40+ lbs, walk/stand for extended periods.

  • Communicate with Dreamweaver and Housekeeping Teams via radio
  • Offer light storytelling or property insights during each ride (script provided)
  • Support surprise welcome rituals with the Dreamweaver team
  • Report road conditions or maintenance needs proactively
  • Deliver “heart-rate drop” moments during guest arrivals
