Job Description

Civil Litigation Attorney – Trial Lovers Only

Do you thrive in the courtroom? Do you get an actual rush from cross-examinations and closing arguments? Do you roll your eyes at the word “settlement”? Then keep reading, litigator—we have your dream job.

A fierce, female-owned, AV-rated defense firm is on the hunt for a Civil Litigation Attorney who lives for litigation. "We don't just 'handle' lawsuits—we take them to trial. We try cases other firms wouldn't dare take past mediation."

We're not here to play nice. We're here to win. Sound like your style?

What You'll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)

  • Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
  • Taking and defending depositions (yes, you'll get to do them!)
  • Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner's desk
  • Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
  • Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • California Bar license (Nevada Bar is a bonus, but not required)
  • Killer research and writing skills
  • Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom

What's In It for You:

  • Competitive compensation: $110K–$00K (we pay trial warriors what they're worth)
  • Hybrid schedule (yes, you can work in your sweatpants… sometimes)
  • 100% covered health, dental, and vision
  • A team that supports you and tries cases with you

We go to trial. A lot.

If that excites you more than a Friday afternoon settlement call, you just might belong here.

Apply now—and bring your trial bag.

Salary Range: $110 000 - 200,000
