**Minimum Qualifications** :
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant external and /or internal audit experience
- You have a relevant professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.)
- Strengths in communications, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with both technical specialists and senior level management. Able to articulate technical issues to key partners in terms of business risk and effects on desired business outcomes.
- Delivery focused, willingness to perform all tasks required to complete the job, including administrative and documentation oriented tasks.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco's flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco's Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The Internal Audit Sr Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the internal audit function across the organization. The position will be focused on oversight of SOX compliance and may expand to cover risk based operational audits in the future. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management, and audit project management. **What You'll Do**

+ Review relevant SOX documentation, including process narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrices, to reassess the design of the control environment and provide recommendations.
+ Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management and the Audit Committee.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to identify and assess risks and controls in business processes.

**What You'll Need**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, ICFR/SOX Compliance, SOC Reporting, IT Audit, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity. A substantial portion of this experience must be within the financial services industry.

The IT Internal Audit Senior Analytics Associate will work within the IT Internal Audit team to pull, test, and analyze key systems and tools data.
The ideal candidate will be capable of measuring system and model performance, conduct data analysis to test the design and operational effectiveness of key Information Technology (IT) and security controls, and perform comprehensive testing of system changes. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL and Snowflake, data ETL processes, as well as the ability to build metrics and reports to support internal audit activities.
The ideal candidate will work highly independently, identifying creative solutions to test complex data sets and data flows, and generating accurate data extracts and reports that will support the internal audit team in their control testing. In addition, the candidate should possess a working knowledge of IT audit principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a data-intensive environment.

*What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):*
* 4+ years of technology experience in a data analytics role at a technology, consulting, financial institution, or a financial technology firm.

+ Review operational, financial, and administrative processes to assess risk, internal control, and the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
+ Obtain an understanding of clients' business, objectives, strategy, operations, processes, IT systems, service providers and controls.
+ Actively participate in client engagements from start to completion, which includes planning, executing, and reporting. Common engagements include but are not limited to co-sourced and outsourced internal audit, internal control assessments, enterprise risk management program assessments, tests of control design and operating effectiveness for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other compliance requirements, and helping clients design and implement internal controls
+ Support engagement Manager and/or Senior Manager/Director in project management activities, such as preparing and managing engagement project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting
+ Supervise, train, mentor Associates and Interns on engagements, assess performance and provide feedback

You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
+ Proficiency in EPIC or other EHR system utilization: Demonstrated experience in implementing or working with an EHR system (90% of our clients use EPIC).
+ Revenue Cycle: Proven track record of successfully managing projects related to revenue cycle optimization, including billing, coding, reimbursement, and claims processing, with a focus on improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
+ Extensive Healthcare Provider Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working directly with diverse healthcare providers, including hospitals, academic medical centers, and healthcare systems, with a comprehensive understanding of their unique operational challenges and regulatory environments.
+ Familiarity with Regulatory Landscape: Proficient understanding of key healthcare regulations and initiatives, including the No Surprise Act, Price Transparency Regulation, and guidelines set forth by the Office of Inspector General (OIG), ensuring compliance and proactive adaptation to evolving regulatory requirements.
