WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, on-site role at our automotive repair shop in Chicago, IL. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 6 PM-plenty of time to get things done and still have your evenings free!
Your Typical Day: As an Auto Service Manager, your day begins by warmly greeting customers and making them feel at ease. You help them understand their car's needs, build estimates, and manage the entire service process. Alongside your team, you oversee repairs, build relationships, and drive sales-all while keeping the shop running smoothly. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to lead your team to deliver exceptional service and to further the success of our thriving automotive repair shop.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license
