Job Summary:

This position seeks a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Technician to join the cryogenic manufacturing team. The technician will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry and company standards. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and other professionals will support the design, development, and production of cryogenic equipment and systems.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Develop detailed Autodesk Inventor 3D technical drawings and models of cryogenic components, assemblies, and systems based on specifications and sketches from engineers, and some 2D, though not as much.

· Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce manufacturing layouts, fabrication drawings, piping diagrams, and tool fixtures.

· Analyze blueprints, sketches, and other design documents to determine design requirements and ensure feasibility of designs.

· Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and manufacturing constraints.

· Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines, including safety protocols.

· Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation, ensuring proper version control.

· Participate in design reviews and provide insights on design feasibility and potential improvements.

Competencies:

· Proven experience as an AutoCAD Technician or Drafter, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on cryogenic equipment or similar technical applications.

· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and drafting.

· Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, drafting standards, symbols, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

· Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to cryogenic applications.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating detailed drawings.

· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret design requirements.

Job Description:

The Autodesk CAD Civil Designer is responsible for drafting, editing and preparing various documents and design solutions to support the Engineering, Real Estate, Legal and Construction departments that drive RaceTrac's C-store development. This individual provides support for in-house staff and outside consultants that prepare or manage the detailed engineering and legal processes associated with acquisition, disposition and/or development of commercial real estate.

What You'll Do:

• Provides timely and accurate design solutions based on objective criteria provided by RaceTrac and RaceTrac's consultants.
  
• Interprets design documents such as ALTA/ACSM Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Property Exhibits, Civil Plans, and Reports provided by others.
  
• Interacts with multiple internal and external business partners to produce Preliminary Site Plans, Contract Exhibits, Civil Site Plans, Grading Plans, Boundary & Easement Exhibits, etc. using AutoCAD and/or other Civil Design Software to create quality digital documents.
  
• Standardizes the design document preparation and distribution processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
