CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Process: Applicants must successfully pass a background check and a job-related physical exam, including a drug test, prior to employment.
Shift: Some positions require availability for night and swing shifts, weekends, and on-call, including holidays and in support of 24-hour facilities, as needed. The Department of Public Works will require availability in support of extended business hours at Solid Waste facilities, as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Eligible candidates must meet ONE of the below qualifying options.

OPTION 1 EXPERIENCE:
Six (6) months of full-time equivalent experience in a customer service environment providing IT technical support for computerized systems.
EDUCATION:
Fifteen (15) semester or twenty-three (23) quarter units of completed post-high school level coursework from an accredited college and university in information technology, computer sciences, or closely related field. OR Comp TIA: A+, Network +, Security +, MCSE, CCNA or comparable certificate.
OPTION 2 EXPERIENCE:
Current San Bernardino County PSE/WEX/Intern performing related duties to an Automated Systems Technician with an Associate's Degree in information technology, computer sciences, or closely related field (or equivalent).
SUBSTITUTION OPTIONS EXPERIENCE:
Six (6) months of additional qualifying experience may substitute for the required education or certification.
EDUCATION:
A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college and university in information technology, computer sciences, or closely related field may substitute for the required six (6) months of qualifying experience.

**The Opportunity:**
CACI has an immediate opening for a Junior Automated Information Systems Analyst to provide Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) System Administration support services and training to COMNAVAIRLANT (CNAL) and its supported CVN ADP/CS-3 communities. These services are managed under the USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract at our Naval Station Norfolk location in Norfolk, VA.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot and assess system administration requirements to resolve existing NTCSS RSUPPLY/NALCOMIS logistics application processing errors, analyze NTCSS applications and support utilities for operational status, resolve pending challenges and provide server/workstation software install/upgrades support.
+ Respond to CVN requests for assistance with NTCSS server management.
+ Provide System Administration Support to CNAL/CVNs via onsite visit, phone and/or email correspondence.
+ Provide NTCSS System Administration training.
+ Assist in testing, debugging and documenting new software/procedures.
+ Assist in system administration and management of CNAL's NTCSS servers on NMCI network.
+ Recommend/develop enhancements to existing processes.
+ Recommend risk management solutions for NTCSS Application problems or software/process improvements.
+ Perform data mining extracts and analyze output to support data-calls, recommended procedures, fixes or changes.
+ Assist in the development/update of training/procedure manuals and work with technical staff to learn and understand new problems
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Must have a current DOD Secret security clearance
+ Three years of experience in Navy management information systems software analysis and/or AISs functional analysis and/or programming.
+ Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems, business, computer science, information technology, information science, mathematics or other related quantitative science field.
+ As a substitute for the above education requirements, one year of experience in combination of management information systems software programming, design and/or analysis in Navy logistics AISs may be substituted for each year of college education. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
+ Must have a CompTIA Security+ certification or achieve within six months of hire
+ Must complete Linux Operating System training or achieve within six months of hire

+ Former Navy or Marine Corps Information Systems Technician (IT)
+ Experience with NTCSS System Administration
