About The Role
The applicant should have experience in advising Insurance client executives, both business and IT, and experience leading teams working on Insurance Business process optimization and Automation consulting engagements. Applicant should have some of the following:

- Support the RPA lifecycle from ideation through deployment, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, training, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain the automation pipeline/backlog in collaboration with the RPA lead or Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Conduct benefits realization analysis, including time savings, Return on Investment (ROI), and performance metrics.
- Serve as an RPA evangelist by promoting automation best practices and educating business users on capabilities and use cases.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 2 or more years of related experience required.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and lifecycle, preferably UiPath or similar platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism is required.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and facilitating workshops required.
- Experience working directly with RPA developers in an RPA Center of Excellence preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

The RPA analyst will be part of the RPA CoE and report to the Senior Director. This lead will be the liaison between the technical and functional teams, and work directly with various internal IT teams, business teams, and vendors to drive a successful RPA program for our residential customer care agents. The role will work closely with automation requesters, impacted application analysts, and the assigned RPA developer to gather requirements, document as-is (current state) and develop to-be (future-state) processes as well as facilitate quality assurance testing of the automation solutions prior to deploying to production
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and document business cases for automation requests, including clear business needs, alignment to strategic objectives, benefits, and KPIs
Learn to identify and analyze business processes for automation
Create current (as-is) and future state (to-be) process flows in Process Definition Document (PDD)
Learn to prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of automation solutions
Track progress of UAT, including managing defects and enhancements
Fosters relationships with community leaders and elected officials, representing UWMC in interactions with UWM leaders, King County, the State of Washington, and other community entities
Prepare UAT report
Ensure that all documentations related to automation request through development are complete and stored in the appropriate repository
Assist in the creation and maintenance of any SharePoint list, Document Library, Microsoft Power Apps (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI)
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science/Computer Technology, or related field
Exceptional listening and communication skillsProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - Sharepoint , Outlook, Teams, Zoom
Keen analytical and problem-solving ability, strong writing and grammar skills
Sharp attention to detail
Ability to be flexible and work within a team environment
Experience with MS Office and Power Applications

Architect, position, design, develop and deploy automation to support solutions for Testing, Validation and Deployment
Evaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices
Design and implement deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
Establish a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes
Design and implement automation in the build process for on-prem and cloud instances
Provide guidance for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for CI/CD DevOps operation
Establish troubleshooting techniques and fix code bugs
