Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities through process discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Document As-Is current state and To-Be future state process maps using industry-standard modeling tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for RPA solutions.
• Partner with RPA developers to ensure clear handoffs and accurate solution design, as liaison between business needs and technical implementation.
• Support the RPA lifecycle from ideation through deployment, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, training, and post-deployment validation.
• Maintain the automation pipeline/backlog in collaboration with the RPA lead or Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Conduct benefits realization analysis, including time savings, Return on Investment (ROI), and performance metrics.
• Serve as an RPA evangelist by promoting automation best practices and educating business users on capabilities and use cases.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2 or more years of related experience required.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and lifecycle, preferably UiPath or similar platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism is required.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and facilitating workshops required.
• Experience working directly with RPA developers in an RPA Center of Excellence preferred.
• UiPath Business Analyst training or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with automation opportunity assessment frameworks such as Process Design Documents (PDDs) and complexity / value matrices preferred.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

Our client is seeking an RPA Analyst who will be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.

Description

The RPA analyst will be part of the RPA CoE and report to the Senior Director. This lead will be the liaison between the technical and functional teams, and work directly with various internal IT teams, business teams, and vendors to drive a successful RPA program for our residential customer care agents. The Lead will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams including architecture, infrastructure, integration, development, testing, and operations to ensure that the platform (both production and multiple non-production environments) and it's supporting processes are stable and available 24x7 for automation, and that the end-to-end technical processes are built in a sustainable way to drive long term value to our business teams.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinates directly with the overall program manager to drive all the pieces that are related to the technology.
• Help drive this project forward.
• Ensuring the end-to-end is covered and can take accountability for driving success from a technology standpoint.

**Job Description:** As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with business leaders and our Business Process Optimization & Intelligent Automation team to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes throughout the Parsons organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on business transformation experience in a team environment while developing key skills in process improvement and automation technologies.
**What You'll be Doing:**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly with business leaders to understand and document existing business processes, using a variety of business analysis and design thinking techniques.
+ Analyze data and documentation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within business processes.
+ Assist in creating and documenting resulting business requirements of future technical solutions.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of low-code automation solutions to optimize business processes.
+ Assist in the monitoring and reporting of automation solution performance, identifying areas for further refinement.
+ Assist in development of communications and presentations to stakeholders.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
+ A proactive, disciplined, and motivated approach.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
+ Familiarity with a variety of automation technologies, including emerging AI technologies.
+ Basic proficiency in digital tools used for data analysis and documentation (e.g., spreadsheets, virtual whiteboards, etc.)
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience in developing automations on low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Automation Anywhere) is a plus
+ Experience in using design thinking empathy and ideation techniques such as interviewing, observing, journey mapping, and brainstorming is a plus
+ 6 months - 1 year industry experience a plus

Skills and Requirements

Architect, position, design, develop and deploy automation to support solutions for Testing, Validation and Deployment

Evaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices

Design and implement deploying appropriate CI/CD tools

Establish a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes

Design and implement automation in the build process for on-prem and cloud instances

Provide guidance for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for CI/CD DevOps operation

Establish troubleshooting techniques and fix code bugs

Monitor the processes during the entire lifecycle for adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing wastage

Work with Product owners and Project Managers to understand processes and identify areas of automation for improvement

Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible

Mentor and provide guidance to the engineering team members with automation improvements

Manage periodic reporting on the progress to senior management and customers

Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
