Summary:
The Automation Project Manager is responsible for managing moderate to high complexity project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly. The Automation Project Manager owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. In addition, is responsible for providing input and executing the strategic initiatives which further advance the Automation Project Management Organization.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a trustworthy and valuable customer experience through proactive communication, understanding each project’s unique needs, and improving execution with every project
- Proactively add value to both the quotation and project execution process
- Be an integral part of the sales team by growing customer relationships through trust in execution
- Develop relationships with internal customers and suppliers in order to develop extended teams that can solve complex problems together
- Own the communication channel on any project (and be able to explain why this is essential for the success of any project)
- Responsible for understanding freight and incoterms, as well as a basic understanding of terms and conditions risk in order to assess project risk
- Read through all Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and makes sure terms and conditions are in alignment with the region’s strategic and financial goals
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods, and account management to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
- Proactively seek alternative methods to deliver the project on time and within budge
- Manage all aspects of medium to high profile/complex projects including delivery schedule, scope and/or scope creep, and financial success
- Be responsible for organizing all project documentation such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance
- Other duties as assigned

- Creates and maintains formulated Excel spreadsheets to analyze trends and facilitate projects in key areas such as budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime spending, and attrition logs. Investigates and resolves employee administrative discrepancies.
- Prepares and participates in unemployment claim hearings. Coaches and counsels Agent/Support Staff and Management workgroups, applying C3P and ACP/AMP when necessary. Completes ad-hoc analyses as required by department heads.

We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Automation Manager to lead and optimize our marketing automation efforts through HubSpot. This role is critical to driving engagement, nurturing leads, and increasing conversion across the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, measurable marketing programs that support growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, list segmentation, and reporting.
Design and execute marketing automation strategies across the full funnel (acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
Develop and maintain nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered email flows.
Collaborate with content, digital, and demand gen teams to align messaging and timing across all channels.
Ensure data integrity using HubSpot and 3rd party tools
Working with Data Analyst, define KPIs and create regular performance dashboards and reports to track automation success and inform optimization.
Partner with Marketing to align lead prioritization processes and create scoring models.

Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation and HubSpot functionality.

About the roleAs a Marketing Automation Manager at Moveworks, you will play a critical role in our growth by managing the infrastructure to scale our marketing data, technologies, and processes. This is an individual contributor role with a major impact on the Marketing Operations Team; it reports to the Head of Marketing Operations.
What you will do- Own the Moveworks marketing technology infrastructure that supports our marketing engine
- Manage data collection, hygiene & lifecycle processes across the marketing technology stack; implement automations to uphold end-to-end data integrity, comply with regulations, and ensure accurate analytics reporting
- Architect workflows to support campaign operations and analytics needs; maintain native and custom integrations to enable audience segmentation, channel activations, and accurate reporting

- 2+ years of experience handling marketing data and partnering with Analytics/BI teams to deliver accurate reporting (SQL & Python a plus)
- 2+ years of experience developing and integrating custom data structures for marketing channel activations (Apache/Velocity, API, JSON, Ruby a plus)
- Experience with CRM administration a plus (SFDC custom objects, Apex, flows, etc.)
- Experience with integration platforms a plus (Boomi, Mulesoft, Make, Workato, etc.)
