**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Technician to support our growing automation operations. This role combines responsibilities of a service technician, maintenance technician, and analysis technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation systems, a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain and repair computer-controlled systems and robotic devices in industrial and commercial settings.
+ Provide immediate response to equipment malfunctions and escalate unresolved issues to management and engineering teams.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance and diagnostics as outlined in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose automation control systems using schematics, diagrams, and manufacturer documentation.
+ Install, configure, and commission new robotic systems and production equipment, including hardware upgrades.
+ Execute automation programming tasks and support software adjustments in collaboration with engineering.
+ Record and analyze data related to root cause analysis, corrective actions, and maintenance activities.
+ Monitor and support process improvements and assist engineering teams with process changes.
+ Communicate effectively with production, quality, engineering, and management teams.
+ Support machine configuration, fixture setups, and adjustments for operators.
+ Ensure compliance with safety procedures, training, and EHS standards.

**Required Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
+ 2-4 years in a related industrial automation or technician role.
**Education:**
+ Associate's Degree in Automation Technology, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
**Technical Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of electronics, mechanics, computers, and automated systems.
+ Experience with automation software and control systems.
+ Familiarity with motion sensors, control components, pneumatic devices, and photosensors.
**Physical Requirements:**
