In This Role, You Will:Define the product roadmap for improving intelligent workflows and automations within our enterprise solution, North.
Define and execute the product vision for a generalized automation builder and the necessary areas of specialization for verticals (e.g., healthcare, financial services, sales) as well as workflow integration capabilities.
Build rapid prototypes and experimental features to validate new AI concepts before committing to development.
Use data and customer engagements to better understand user needs and guide future product and model development.
Define APIs and integration patterns that enable workflow creation and automation.
Develop standards for quality assurance and performance monitoring across workflows and automations.
Partner with design, applied AI, research, and engineering to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution by gathering early user feedback, measuring impact, and iterating quickly to bring transformative capabilities to market.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in modelling, applied ML, product, finance, go-to-market, engineering, and marketing.
At least 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2B/enterprise software.
Experience with building AI/ML-powered products, automation platforms, integration services or developer platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Have proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
Showcase strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with proven communication abilities.
Obtained a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in CS, ML or related field, or a background in machine learning, algorithms, large-scale systems, and statistics.
Background in workflow automation or business process management.
Familiarity with enterprise compliance and security requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Integrate software into the test suites, primarily Virtual servers; develop site and event specific configurations to support test, war games, and exercise events.
- Operate and troubleshoot systems during test events.
- Work with external National Team (CLAW) personnel to resolve test lab issues.
- Work with Operations and Sustainment as well as Level-II support personnel to resolve installation and processing issues.
- Create and modify scripts to extract specific information from log files.
- Perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data.
- Troubleshoot both test and operational issues.
- Document test results and prepare test status documentation.
- Author Spiral and build-level test plan documents and procedures.
- Create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues.
- Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues.

JOB SUMMARY:

Create and modify scripts to extract specific information from log files; perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data; troubleshoot both test and operational issues; document test results and prepare test status documentation. Read test plan documents and procedures; create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues and assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues; develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities. Participate in integration tests with external elements and sensors; review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary and Attend meetings with other FAs, customers, etc. Position is based in Colorado Springs at the MDIOC but multi-week travel to customer sites and contractor sites (e.g., Huntsville, HWY83) may be required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year of system/network administration experience with a Associate's degree and/or relevant information technology certifications
- Either knowledge of or practical experience with industry or DoD test methodologies and terminology.
- Experience with operational systems (e.g., Aegis, Patriot), development systems (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis), and off-the-shelf statistical analysis packages a plus
- The integration of system components within an integrated test environment.
- Working knowledge of system design and overall integration into an operational environment.
- Knowledge of administration in at least one of these three domains: Networking, Linux, and/or Windows.
- The desire to conduct complex troubleshooting by analyzing proprietary application logs, firewall policies, and interface documentation.
- Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks is a plus.
- Experience with Agile Methods, and Capability and Feature definition is a plus

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $10,000
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Job Summary: Develops, administers, maintains, and supports policies and procedures for creating interfaces between and/or converting data from client existing and legacy systems to Geographic Solutions systems. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry as well as job services concepts. Relies on direction and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Viable candidates must be willing to work onsite at GSI's headquarters in Palm Harbor, Florida daily.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Fully participates in data conversion and data migration projects
- Designs advanced SQL queries, scripts, cursors, stored procedures, triggers
- Optimizes and improves SQL code for better performance
- Understands Full Development Life Cycle & RDBMS
- Assists business analysts and end-users with reporting needs
- Collaborates with applications developers to ensure correct data and data structure to support evolving development
- Develops programming specifications through interaction with business unit subject matter experts
- Works closely with the Team Lead and Analysts throughout the change request process to insure the delivery of an accurate solution
- Processes change requests through OPC ticket system, including application wide data changes
- Estimates the level of effort required to complete a project or change request
- Prepares and updates technical documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL 2012 or higher database design standards, including the use of Indexes and triggers
- Good understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) programming
- Has excellent command of software languages/platforms (specifically SQL)
- Ability to code programs under ODBC and stored procedures
- Ability to resolve complex data problems by applying technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to monitor and resolve database performance issues
- Ability to document database designs and conversion maps
- Familiarity with data corruption and database recoverability methods
- Ability to learn and master the business rules associated with our applications and how they interact with the data and data structure
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5- 7 years of database administration experience in appropriate technical environment.
- Experience in the labor market, Unemployment Insurance or regulatory occupation industries preferred
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server knowledge (to include advanced querying in T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, SSIS, import and export capabilities)

Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a System Integration Engineer in Clients Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions Division. This position will work with experienced electric powertrain technical leads to understand customer, business, and regulation requirements and have accountability for developing ePowertrain solutions for construction and mining equipment to meet emissions reduction goals.
You will:
- Develop and compile application requirements for performance, interfaces, safety.
- Evaluate powertrain architectures, develop concept layouts and support component selection.
- Identify design/development leverage opportunities for components and systems.
- Collaborate extensively with assigned technical leads and development partners.
- Coordinate work with simulation experts to aid decision making.
- Conduct trade-off analysis using key metrics (performance, TCO, R&D investment).
- Identify HV electrical system solutions, recommend components and develop system schematics.
- Support development builds and validation.
- Troubleshoot electric powertrain systems to resolve electrical and mechanical component and system challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years (8+ for advanced degrees) of relevant product development experience.

- Experience with creation of detailed electrical schematics, leveraging industry standards.
- Ability to apply principles of electrical theory to electric powertrain design.

Position Summary
- Responsible for printing BOM and pulling parts to integrate each customer Purchase Order. Integrate hardware and perform cable tie in as required for each order. Larger systems require the installation of mounting rails and additional power strips.
- Work with Engineering to ensure proper configuration is provided. Failures must be identified to a specific board, assembly, peripheral and or miscellaneous hardware/software. Interfacing with Engineering, Product Management, Field Service, Customers and Quality is required. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel, Windows and Linux software is a plus.
- Configure customer hardware and software per Sales Order.
- Compare hardware and software to Sales Order and BOM and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist Sales Operations with customer configuration issues.
- Record and report all failures.
- Ensure all UID's are entered into database for each Sales Order.
- Complete ISO checklist of necessary items per processes for each specific product.
- Interface with customers and field engineers via telephone/e-mail as required.
- Generate DRR against defective material and give to Purchasing for RTV.
- Provide on the job training for new test technicians.
- Support Customer Service with field return testing and or evaluations.
- Perform quarterly inventory as required.
- Maintain test equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned. (SQC, Incoming Inspection and shipping as examples).
- 4 years of high school or equivalency plus 2 years of advanced education or specialized training.
- Over 3 years, up to and including 6 years of closely related job experience. Must possess an excellent working knowledge of computer architecture.
