- Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative automotive products or technologies.
- Deep expertise in one or more key areas such as vehicle dynamics, powertrain engineering (ICE or EV), chassis systems, ADAS, vehicle architecture, or software integration.
- Strong understanding of automotive testing, validation, and homologation processes.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
