Primary Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Problem Solving:

  • Support the launch, validation, and integration of new automotive products, components, and systems into vehicle development processes
  • Interpret and communicate complex engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards to cross-functional teams
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for automotive clients at their facilities, addressing technical issues and project updates
  • Provide immediate technical support to resolve production and quality issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction

Project Management & Communication:

  • Collect and analyze data from field tests and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and customer specifications
  • Document technical issues and escalate as necessary, keeping all stakeholders informed of risks and solutions
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among design, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Track and manage customer change requests (CR) and internal change requests (ICR) through approval, implementation, and finalization processes
  • Manage and develop strong customer relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid issue resolution
  • Analyze and assess client needs and goals to provide tailored technical solutions

Requirements

  • Work Style: Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through on projects and commitments
  • Communication: Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external clients
  • Process Management: Experience tracking and managing change request processes (CR/ICR), including approval workflows, implementation monitoring, and terms finalization
