**Position Summary**
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to our team's success. This position entails providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use your energetic demeanor to sell the visit, persuading potential customers to engage with our automotive services. Through effective communication skills, you will build strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments. Additionally, the Retail Salesperson conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Pay Range: $7.83 - 26.68
**Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply your knowledge of tires, tire-related products, and basic mechanical services to support daily store needs
  • Provide a safe, functional facility for team members and guests, and present a professional image to all visitors.
  • Responsible for performing in the key individual performance categories. KPIs are continuously meeting standard and trending towards or exceeding monthly goal.

Automotive Retail Manager In Training must:

  • Possess a College degree and 1 year of management experience (shift manager for retail or service industry)
  • Or, 3 years of automotive experience with 1 year of management experience
  • Or, 3 years management experience (shift manager for retail or service industry)
  • Or, 2 years in a lead role or supervisory position
  • Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical
  • Understand and follow company strategies and policies
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
  • Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
