- Keeps displays in proper order; assures that store is kept neat, orderly and well stocked at all times. Ensures that store is kept neat and orderly; assists with housekeeping duties, such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
- Operates cash register and/or credit card terminal accurately; finalizes purchases. Balances drawer daily. May provide tax deductible receipt(s) to all donors as needed/requested. Answers customer questions or inquiries relative to items on display; assists customers with purchases.
- Reports any facility maintenance or safety issues to Store Manager promptly. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment within the store premises.
- Performs other essential tasks as requested or required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Valid Florida driver's license with safe driver rating.
- High school graduate or equivalent certification preferred, but not required.
- Prefer at least six (6) months' experience in a retail store environment, however, willingness to learn on-the-job will be considered adequate.

As a Torrid Sales Associate, you’ll provide the Torrid Connection to every customer through your genuine ability to make our customer feel comfortable, cared for and confident.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
- Perform register functions while using your sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
- Cover the sales floor and helps ensure all visual standards are met
- Assist in the organization of the stockroom and providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
