Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Technical Support Engineer Sr., to join our team as a full-time, onsite AV support and service specialist based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise AV systems, video conferencing platforms, basic programming skills and event support, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities:

- CTS, CTS-I or equivalent AV certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of audio, video, control, and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to lift and move AV equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in equipment closets or ceilings as needed.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users, stakeholders, and support teams.

**The Role at a Glance**
We are seeking an Audio-Visual (AV) Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will possess strong troubleshooting skills across AV systems, including conference room collaboration tools, and demonstrate proficiency with device management platforms, Microsoft Windows PCs, Apple devices, and software collaboration tools.
In this role, you will work directly with business leaders and Senior Management Committee (SMC) members to provide high-level technical support. Success in this position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work collaboratively, sound decision-making under pressure, and effective escalation and delegation when necessary. You will also support executive administrators with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Serve as the primary AV technical support specialist for meetings and events hosted by business leaders and senior management based in the Fort Wayne location.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to conference room AV systems. This includes opening service tickets with AV vendors and coordinating repairs and system testing.
+ Lead the planning, direction, and execution of AV event setups, including room configuration for onsite and offsite meetings.
+ Prepare and test AV systems, computers, and multimedia content in advance of executive events.
+ Provide training and support to presenters on the proper use of microphones, cameras, and content-sharing tools.
+ Monitor and manage AV systems during live events to ensure seamless execution for business and executive leadership.
+ Travel to offsite locations as needed to support key leadership events such as CEO Town Halls, SMC gatherings, and business leadership meetings.
+ Conduct bi-weekly testing of platforms and conference room systems to ensure operational readiness. Submit and track service tickets with vendors for timely resolution of issues.
+ Support the delivery of webcast events using platforms such as VBrick and Zoom.
+ Develop and maintain AV operational documentation, including procedures for production, disaster recovery, and system availability.Design and implement automation solutions for AV asset management and system optimization.
**What we're looking for**
+ 3-5+ years of experience in IT incident/problem management (required).
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Proven experience providing technical AV support within an enterprise IT environment, specifically for senior executives and business leaders.
+ Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities in AV systems and collaboration tools, including:
+ Device management technologies (e.g., Cisco Collaboration Systems, Microsoft Teams Devices)
+ Software platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom Events, VBrick)
+ Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership while delivering high-quality technical support.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. We are looking for an experienced Arena AV Technical Manager to assist with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repairs of critical building equipment and infrastructure systems. This person should have a background in live broadcast or event audio and video presentation systems, including signal path distribution and routing, equipment set up, and regular maintenance procedures. You will be working on a broad range of events from NHL games and major concert tours to corporate events, specialty activations, and press conferences.

Equipment Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining, mechanical and hydraulic components of production equipment using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments. This position will visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions and keep equipment operational. - Perform mechanical preventative maintenance procedures and repairs on equipment.

Equipment Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining, mechanical and hydraulic components of production equipment using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments. This position will visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions and keep equipment operational. The Maintenance Technician plays an essential role in helping the plant provide high quality product and efficient service to our customers by minimizing operational downtime.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform mechanical preventative maintenance procedures and repairs on equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing of precision machinery and auxiliary equipment, utilizing blueprints, schematics, manufacturer specifications and manuals.
- Emphasize proactive measures to minimize reactive maintenance.
- Maintain and repair components on systems such as bearings, gear clutches, couplings, belted and shafted drives and gearboxes.
- Follow safety instructions while performing tasks and effectively communicate with operators, crew members and management.
- May also perform some basic welding and mechanical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, with an understanding of the urgency of equipment downtimes
- Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment to perform preventative maintenance.
- Basic understanding of components and systems bearings, clutches, gears, belted and shafted drives and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, troubleshoot effectively and respond quickly to solve equipment malfunctions.
- Good communication both written and oral.
- Must provide own set of tools.
- Must be able to safely operate both hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Paid relocation may be available for highly qualified candidates 100+ miles from the plant. Maintenance Mechanic – Wage ranges from $24.75- $40.00 / hour
