+ Manages fairly complex stand-alone projects from start to finish.
+ Assumes responsibility for management, scheduling, production, safety and quality on their project or their portion of the project.

**Working Environment**
+ Valid and unrestricted drivers license required
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
+ May require periods of travel and/or relocation
+ May be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold)
+ Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Technician responsible for performing line maintenance and scheduled work on a variety of aircraft. This role involves troubleshooting, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling aircraft components to ensure full functionality according to approved technical data.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various customers' aircraft.
+ Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components.
+ Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, returning aircraft to service.
+ Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components.
+ Meet deadlines and performance goals effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in aircraft maintenance and airframe.
+ Proficiency in aircraft assembly.
+ Wide or narrow body regional passenger aircraft experience.
+ Airbus A320 experience required.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Aircraft technician with Airbus experience required.
+ Must have a valid driver's license.
