**Position Summary**
As the Client Aviation Director, you'll be the go-to person for our valued clients & client representatives, helping them navigate their private aviation needs with ease. You'll work closely with flight operations, maintenance teams, and sales to ensure every trip is perfectly planned and executed, all while adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
Your role is all about building strong relationships, understanding each client's unique preferences, anticipating their needs, and making sure they feel well taken care of every step of the way. We're looking for someone who's personable, detail-oriented, and proactive; someone who can balance client satisfaction with aviation operations, while also ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and safety requirements. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $135,000 - $160,000. This is a hybrid role, working at least four days weekly, out of our location in Teterboro, NJ at the Teterboro airpark.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience managing accounts for high-net-worth individuals, ideally in the private aviation or luxury service industries.
+ Strong understanding of the private aviation sector, including its regulations, demands, and operational complexities because we prioritize safety and excellence.
+ A team player and a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, ready to connect with clients and understand their unique needs.
