Position Summary:

As a Corporate Aviation Services Manager, you are responsible for managing chauffeur driven and risk mitigation service requests while maintaining GGT's standards of excellence, value proposition and service offering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as shift leader responsible for managing current service activity, resolving issues and mitigating deviations
  • Provide training and mentorship for team members
  • Interact directly with Clients responding to inquiries, requests, and service opportunities while providing best in class service
  • Interact directly with Service Partners confirming service requests, receiving quotes and performing service delivery status updates
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal GGT departments
  • Field and resolve Client complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Conduct pre and post-service calls to ensure complete satisfaction of clients
  • Proactively communicate and resolve any deviation or potential deviation in service
  • Engage with both current and inactive clients to encourage service activity
  • Coordinate additional services for Clients as required
  • Other duties as assigned

About The Role

Grupo Eulen USA is seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead and oversee our Ground Handling division, delivering essential airport services across multiple U.S. and Jamaican airports. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, employee engagement, and profitability across all service lines, including Cabin Services, Security, Wheelchair Assistance, Ramp, GSE, Passenger Support, Customer Service, and Cargo Screening. Based in Miami, FL, the Chief Operating Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategy with performance outcomes while ensuring all airport operations exceed regulatory, safety, and financial standards.

What Youll Do

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all ground handling operations across airports in the U.S. and Jamaica.
  • Leading operational excellence programs: Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve quality across the domestic and international airports.
  • Acquisition of new accounts and maintenance of existing ones.
  • Lead the business development process for the Aviation Division and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, seeking new business opportunities and strengthening long-term client loyalty.
  • Analyze business evolution (both quantitative and qualitative) and guide commercial efforts within the area of responsibility by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the local market (including niche segments) to identify new growth strategies.
  • Define the strategic guidelines for aviation activity at the national level in terms of business development, margins, and sales, while monitoring and overseeing budgets and profit and loss statements for the various services or departments at each station.
  • Serve as a primary executive liaison with airline and airport partners, ensuring contractual obligations and service expectations are met.
  • Lead and support the execution of new contract launches, operational transitions, and service expansions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in aviation ground handling or airport operations.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and executing via RFPs or other mediums.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-location operations with a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to engage in pricing and negotiations.

Location

This position is based in Miami, FL, and requires the selected candidate to reside locally or be willing to relocate.

Travel and Systems

  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (primarily to Jamaica and throughout the U.S.).
  • Availability to respond to emergencies and high-impact operational events

Work Environment

The COO role operates in a professional office setting and frequently requires travel to various operational stations, including airports and service locations. The position involves regular walking, standing, and movement across large areas such as terminals, ramps, and facilities as part of operational oversight, audits, and team engagement.

While some administrative tasks are performed at a desk, the role is dynamic and physically active. The individual must be able to travel frequently, move throughout different environments, and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written correspondence. The work environment may include exposure to typical airport noise and conditions during site visits.

A Delta Professional Services (DPS) Aviation Management intern will help achieve divisional goals and contribute to DPS' overall success. Interns will be working with a specific team such as, but not limited to, Business systems or Business Administration & Employee Services.
+ Interns will have the opportunity to work with and gain experience in other departments, such as, but not limited to, Account Services, Comms & Engagement, ATP CTP, Sourcing & Pipeline, Flight Operations.
+ This is a paid internship, including additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty. This is not a remote opportunity, Interns will work on-site at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Must be able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.
Have a competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.
Show competency in skills that include collection and analysis of data, reading and summarizing new regulations, and the ability to problem solve quickly.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
Strong organizational and time management skills required.
Internally motivated, curious, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints while being able to manage and prioritize multiple project requests conjointly.
Possess excellent communication skills, be able to process complicated issues quickly, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Must commit to the internship timeline: May 11th, 2026, through July 31, 2026.

As an Airport Services Supervisor, you are the guiding force behind a seamless, elevated Customer experience. Every day, you set the tone for the station—ensuring your team has the tools, support, and energy to deliver remarkable service. As an Airport Services Supervisor you’ll:

  • Lead and support your team of ASCs—offering coaching, guidance, and real-time feedback.

  • Ensure the lounge and gate environments are impeccably clean, organized, and stocked with premium amenities.

  • Coordinate with flight crews, mechanics, business partners, and FBOs to support smooth and timely operations.

  • Maintain operational standards around safety, appearance, and performance—holding yourself and your team accountable to the highest standards.

  • Step in and serve alongside your team during high-volume or critical periods, embodying hands-on leadership.

  • Drive a culture of hospitality, ensuring Customers feel seen, supported, and celebrated from check-in to takeoff.

Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:

  • Current and valid Driver’s license required.

Important Safety and Security Requirements:

All Airport Services Crewmembers are certified as Ground Security Coordinators (GSCs), trained for customer and baggaged security screening, and are responsible for:

  • Monitoring the operational environment and reporting safety risks in real time

  • Ensuring compliance with updated policies, alerts, and regulatory guidance

  • Maintaining personal readiness for safety-sensitive duties

  • Participating in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines

Pay & Perks:

Compensation: $50,000 to $5,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
