Pay Rate: **$38.00 - $5.00**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance & Avionics Technician to perform inspections, repair, modify, and service aircraft, engines, avionics, electrical, and electronic systems. Ensure all work is documented and compliant with manuals, regulations, and quality standards. Operate ground support equipment, maintain tools, and uphold safety and 5S standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect aircraft, engines, parts, and avionics systems; perform return-to-service checks
+ Repair, modify, and service avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment
+ Read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
+ Operate industrial and ground support equipment (forklift, scissor/boom lift, etc.)
+ Document maintenance, inspections, and regulatory/customer paperwork
+ Maintain and track personal hand tools
+ Follow environmental, health, and safety policies; support 5S initiatives
+ Train, coach, and collaborate with team members
**Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years aircraft maintenance experience; 2+ years corporate/commercial jets
+ A&P Certification required
+ Proficient with hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment
+ Knowledge of FAA/CAA regulations, ADs, SBs, TCDS, and return-to-service procedures
+ Strong communication and mentoring skills
**Pay Details:** 38.00 to 45.00 per hour
