What to expect
As a new FCA, you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.
- Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, spending time training to become a Financial Customer Associate. In this phase, you will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients 401K plans.
- In the subsequent months, you will continue taking customer calls to develop and hone your skills. There will be time in the day (away from assisting customers) to join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching.

- This is a full-time hourly phone position that also offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and your availability. You do not need a finance background or a degree to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, LBOs, M&A, and other transaction types.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
- Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Manage and execute due diligence processes, coordinating with various parties.
- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of transactions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and financial needs.
- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development efforts.
- Provide analytical support for capital raising activities (debt and equity).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and M&A processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours and meet demanding deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and diligent attitude.
