Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Licensing:
- SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
- As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

Financial Analyst- 20038840, 20045289 (Two positions, one application)
Office of The Child Support establishes policies and guidelines for the child support program based on federal and state laws. Ohio's child support program provides services to help ensure that children receive the financial and medical support they are legally entitled to and deserve.
Day-to-day you will:
- Balance financial transactions in child support financial accounts, Child Support Payment Central's (CSPC) vendor application used to process payments, as well as the statewide child support application known as the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS).
- Review various reports in Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and in the above systems.
- Identify and review financial discrepancies. Once identified, take necessary actions to ensure that our bank accounts balance.
- Collaborate with internal child support teams, other ODJFS program areas, external partners such as the Child Support Payment Central (CSPC vendor), financial institutions, and other state agencies to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate processing of payments.
Necessary Skills:
- Basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of double-entry system
- Debit /credit rules
- Ability to compile and sort data
- Analyze multiple data sets
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio's OCSEA/AFSCME Pay Schedule, Pay Range 30. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $25.77 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking an experienced financial professional to supervise our Billing Unit. As the Billing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Directing and managing the billing processes for amounts due to the agency (e.g. creating invoices and adjustments in OAKS, managing accounts receivable balances, certifying accounts receivables to the Attorney General for collection)
- Monitoring state policy related to certification timelines
- Acting as the liaison to the Office of the Attorney General
- Providing continuous direction, constructive feedback, and coaching
The preferred candidate will have a passion for managing, coaching, and developing staff members along with extensive accounts receivable knowledge and strong analysis abilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reports in SAP/BOBJ (and other applicable tools) with an understanding of internal / external customer requirements, system capabilities / metrics, data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Analyze performance trends including revenue, margin, expenses, and capital expenditure in support of Senior Management decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis including developing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in development and analysis of budget, financial forecasts, and monthly / quarterly financial reports.
- Participate in customer profitability analysis to maximize sales, margin, and operating income.
- Support all users / departments in report creation, advice, and education, considering accounting, timing, and intricacies of data definitions that may apply.
- Work with Reporting Team & SAP Team to stay informed on issues and developments related to reports and data including testing and loading new reports, best practices, functionality, and / or dashboards.

A Brief Overview
The Sr Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for drafting, analyzing and distributing standard and non-standard reports that track performance and illustrate challenges in addition to performing ad-hoc analysis to support decision making. - Assist with preparation of quarterly forecasts, mid-term and long-term plan updates, working with department heads to analyze headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenses. Assist with review of forecast vs. actual performance on a monthly basis with accountable leaders
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned accounts and investigate and clear any open differences.
- Assist with preparation of monthly management reports and analysis.
- Record and track Customer aircraft deposits; provide pro-forma and final invoices for aircraft deliveries; apply payments and verify amounts prior to aircraft departure.
- Review intra-company and inter-company accounts and transactions to ensure they are recorded accurately and reconcile.
- Use analytical skills along with an in-depth knowledge of system applications to provide ad-hoc reporting. Monitor activity and ensure integrity between Customer Service business system and SAP.
- Help drive system and process improvements and support ongoing testing as changes are implemented.
- Maintain sound accounting methods and systems in accordance with corporate policies, US GAAP, and IFRS
