Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Compensation:
We know that building a business takes time, so we've built a new financial advisor compensation program that supports and rewards you as you learn the skills, systems and business practices you need to succeed in our client-first business model. The new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years.

Skills/Requirements

- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry

- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
- Professional and/or military career progression
Licensing:
- SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
- As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

Job Purpose
Uses analytical skills and professional accounting knowledge to work with department managers and investment project leaders in the creation of 6 budget events per year. Use professional accounting standards to ensure appropriate reporting of actual financial data and use analytical skills to provide detailed budget to actual analysis.
The Sr Financial Analyst supports and advises larger more complicated departments that have more complex accounting needs and larger financial impact than the Financial Analyst role. This is a secondary level that has more autonomy and increased individual discretion.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare month end close activities including analysis of complex financial information in order to create journal entries which impact the financial condition of AHM/ HDMA with very little supervision.
- Prepare budget vs actual comparisons for responsible departments which are analysed based on professional accounting standards to ensure accurate financial information and to advise management on future activity.
- Use analytical skills and professional accounting knowledge and years of experience to work with the department managers and investment project leaders in complex areas in the creation of 6 budget events per year.
- Use financial information to create presentations to advise department and division leaders of budget to actual condition and make recommendations for areas of improvement
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum Experience :
- 2+ years with Bachelor’s degree or 5 years minimum with Associate’s degree

Job Purpose
An Incentive (Sales) Auditor is responsible for reviewing and ensuring a dealership’s compliance with sales incentive policies and procedures, and for supporting the dealership’s integrity in various sales incentive programs offered by AHM
Key Accountabilities
Desk Audit:
- Analyse Retail Delivery Reporting (RDR) information to identify a dealership to be audited.
- Prepare a list of RDR to be audited, notify the dealership and request retail sale contracts.
- Gather and validate evidence and identify inconsistencies or non-conformities with AHM Automobile Incentive Programs Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
- Provide the dealer with an audit summary and notice of chargeback if any incentives need to be returned to AHM at the conclusion of the audit.
- Request chargeback approval according to dealer’s state law, specifically statute of limitation.
Administrative tasks:
- Monitor desk audit activities to ensure the audit activity log remains current and accurate.
- Regularly monitor the department email inbox and ensure all incoming correspondence is promptly distributed to the appropriate auditor.
- Call the dealership to confirm the receipt of the audit request letter, the list of vehicle sales to be audited, and scheduled audit date.
- Answer dealers’ questions.
- Compile and provide a list of vehicle sales to be audited for use by other field and desk auditors.
- Review audited vehicle sales submitted by other auditors, and compile and distribute the corresponding notice of chargeback package.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 1 – 3 years in automotive related field preferred.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $86,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 121,700 to 211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

This role partners closely with Finance, Engineering, Architecture, and Procurement to deliver actionable insights, implement best practices, and ensure cloud spend aligns with business goals. While the Finance/FinOps team will lead formal financial forecasting and budgeting, this role will contribute demand forecasts, resource usage projections, and cost insights to support planning. The analyst will lead reporting, optimization, governance, and tooling initiatives across AWS, GCP, and other public cloud platforms, enabling teams with the data, tools, and training needed to make cost-conscious decisions.
Responsibilities

Lead cloud cost tracking, demand forecasting inputs, and optimization programs across multiple platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).

Analyze cost and usage data, identify savings opportunities, and partner with engineering teams for implementation.

Establish and maintain governance processes for cost reviews, workload deployments, and migration planning.

Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, chargeback/showback, and spend accountability processes; provide accurate demand forecasts and usage trends as inputs.

Develop and maintain cloud cost dashboards, custom reports, and KPI tracking for IT, Finance, and business leadership.

Administer and enhance cloud financial management tools; coordinate tool onboarding, tagging compliance, and automation initiatives.

Engage with cloud provider account teams to incorporate best practices and address service/cost updates.

Translate technical cost data into clear business impacts for diverse audiences, including executives.

Train and educate engineers and stakeholders on cost management processes and FinOps principles.

Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to optimize contracts and leverage private pricing programs.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of financial analysis or IT-related experience, including 2+ years in cloud cost management (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).

Strong analytical skills with experience using cloud billing tools (AWS Cost Explorer, GCP Billing, Azure Cost Management).

Experience with cost allocation, tagging strategies, and demand forecasting in a matrixed organization.

Additional Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of cloud economics, pricing models, and optimization techniques (e.g., Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, rightsizing).

Experience with cloud financial management platforms (Apptio Cloudability, CloudZero, or similar).

Strong communication skills; able to present complex technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight) and advanced Excel skills.

SQL proficiency for cost data analysis and automation.

Demonstrated ability to influence culture change and implement governance in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications

AWS Cloud Practitioner, GCP Cloud Digital Leader, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.

Scope of Position
Use of clinical knowledge for the management of complex James Cancer Center ambulatory medical necessity denials through the appeals process. Providing scientific evidence to support cutting edge therapies, and diagnostic services. Providing clinical education to payers regarding current standard of care treatment and other frequently denied services as applicable. Identifying trends, and areas for needed clinical education, to decrease denials where applicable. Submission of pre-determination requests proactively supporting clinicians in efforts to identify areas where loss of revenue is at risk to mitigate that risk. Provide support to the CBO Medicare billing area in the form of correcting billing errors before the bill is sent to the payer. Provide clinical support for the review of clinical data to access current policies and processes impacting revenue. Provide coverage support to the pre-certification area when clinical intervention is required.
Position Summary
Goals and objectives include: Continue to foster effective working relationships with Nurse Managers, clinical staff, and CBO departments providing education and clinical support as appropriate. Pursue hospital reimbursement related to patient services, and other special projects that will decrease loss of revenue, and support the Mission of the James. Facilitates education as needed to ensure compliance, and support strong business practices for the clinical areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 3 years oncology experience preferred. Experience with Windows, Excel, Access, and Intranet/internet navigation tools. Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of oncology with solid clinical skills and current clinical practices required. Experience in physician practice, and/or utilization review a plus. Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance reimbursement preferred. Strong knowledge of ICD-9-CM, HCPCs, and CPT coding preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Proficient in the use of computer based research and medical record documentation required. Use of computer based billing systems, and databases a plus.
