Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

- FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
- As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

What You'll Do
Day-to-Day you will :
•Balance financial transactions in child support financial accounts, Child Support Payment Central's (CSPC) vendor application used to process payments, as well as the statewide child support application known as the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS).
•Review various reports in Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and in the above systems.
•Identify and review financial discrepancies. Once identified, take necessary actions to ensure that our bank accounts balance.
•Collaborate with internal child support teams, other ODJFS program areas, external partners such as the Child Support Payment Central (CSPC vendor), financial institutions, and other state agencies to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate processing of payments.

Qualifications

- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field;

Pay Information
T his position is in the State of Ohio's OCSEA/AFSCME Pay Schedule, Pay Range 30. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $25.77 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. A Brief Overview
The Sr. Financial Analyst (Field Finance) conducts in-depth financial and operational analyses to support business performance improvement.
