Responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures as well as consistent, effective referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services, including the qualifying package of services, and insurance products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed agreed upon mortgage
production goals.
2. Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, as well
as secondary market investor's guidelines utilized by Truist.
3. Adhere to and comply fully with any and all Truist policies and procedures related to internal and external
rules and regulations, particularly those established by State and Federal law.
4. Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs as well as
Truist Mortgage products and their benefits.
5. Consistently execute on Truist's referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank
solutions for deepening client opportunities.
6. Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as determined
through quality control or post-closing review.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of
residential property types

5. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role including new
or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience.
2. Two or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending with solid knowledge of the local market and regulations.

Job Purpose
The Resource Planning Lead will use advanced analytical skills and decision-making capabilities to provide business intelligence on key drivers and financial performance for the AHM Human Resource Business Unit on a monthly, quarterly, annual and mid-term basis. This role handles leading forecasting events, month endclosing processes, and financial reporting activities for the Business Unit, including analyzing operating costs and investment plans that significantly affect North American profitability. The Resource Planning Lead will
collaborate with the HR Management, as well as Purchasing and Finance personnel, to manage funding allocations, financial proposals, account reconciliation and analysis, and target vs. actual reporting to ensure financial efficiency and compliance, driving the organization towards its financial goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate and analyze various reports within SAP, including budget variance reports, expenditure summaries, and financial performance dashboards to identify budget gaps, forecast savings, and timing of payments. Conduct meetings with departments during month-end and year-end close processes to investigate discrepancies and provide guidance to department managers, while overseeing monthly accruals and chargeback
- Evaluate budget proposals and funding requests, collaborating with project and department managers to develop budgets, cost projections, and variance analyses, while directing the analysis of trends affecting expenditures and financial models to support the budget cycle process and reporting in alignment with operational and strategic plans

Participates in finalist sales presentations when requested providing deep knowledge of Nationwide platform, bundled offering and its capabilities and policies and ERISA retirement plan provisions. Persuasively tell the bundled value proposition to assist in closing the sale.
Educates plan sponsors and financial professionals on meaning and purpose of Nationwide closing documents and plan sponsor plan documentation. Responds to inquiries regarding sections and variables within the documents to facilitate the signature process. Explains impact of making changes to documents and paperwork from a regulatory, service, and pricing perspective.
Responds to inquiries from wholesalers and financial professionals on ERISA provisions related to qualified retirement plans (IRC Section 401), 403(b), 457, Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans. Understands, explains and responds to inquiries on Fiduciary responsibilities relevant to retirement plans.
Assists financial professionals and plan sponsors in identifying and accessing necessary existing plan documentation needed by Nationwide on takeover plans.

The Senior Cloud Financial Operations Analyst (FinOps) will be a key member of the IT Cloud Platform team, driving cloud financial governance, cost optimization, and a culture of accountability for efficient cloud usage and spend. This role partners closely with Finance, Engineering, Architecture, and Procurement to deliver actionable insights, implement best practices, and ensure cloud spend aligns with business goals. While the Finance/FinOps team will lead formal financial forecasting and budgeting, this role will contribute demand forecasts, resource usage projections, and cost insights to support planning. The analyst will lead reporting, optimization, governance, and tooling initiatives across AWS, GCP, and other public cloud platforms, enabling teams with the data, tools, and training needed to make cost-conscious decisions.
Responsibilities

Lead cloud cost tracking, demand forecasting inputs, and optimization programs across multiple platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
