A Brief OverviewThe Sr. Financial Analyst (Field Finance) conducts in-depth financial and operational analyses to support business performance improvement. Supports Field and home office leaders in determining the financial impact of various business initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert on field KPI's and other operational performance information. Works independently to perform work assignments. The Sr. Financial Analyst applies well-established accounting and financial principles, theories, concepts, and practices to moderately difficult problems. Develops extensive short and long-term budgets and forecasts as well as various, complex forms of financial analysis for potential financial transactions such as acquisitions, real estate, refinancing, and account fluctuations. Completes and distributes non-standard reports and statements of a complex nature. Mentors and guides Level I and II Financial Analysts. This is the final level of a multi-level career development class series. Individuals at this level are considered fully competent to independently perform work assignments.
What You Will Do- Determines impact on business performance of various company initiatives
- Provides timely and accurate reporting to senior management

Day-to-day you will:
- Balance financial transactions in child support financial accounts, Child Support Payment Central's (CSPC) vendor application used to process payments, as well as the statewide child support application known as the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS).
- Review various reports in Access databases, Excel spreadsheets and in the above systems.
- Identify and review financial discrepancies. Once identified, take necessary actions to ensure that our bank accounts balance.

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio's OCSEA/AFSCME Pay Schedule, Pay Range 30. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $25.77 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams, ideally within marketing, digital, or pricing analytics.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
